There's always the ECW one and the Ric Flair three disc set as well.

"What do you think it's like being created by a manic-depressive, paranoid schizophrenic, hypochondriac, misogynist with delusions of grandeur and a messiah complex?"
The Flair one was way overrated IMO, unless you are a big Flair fan. Definitely recommend the ECW one, and the Eddie Guerrero one was quite good as well. Foley's Hits and Misses looks very good, although I still have not seen it. Really depends on your tastes, though.
The Benoit set is worth getting for the Japanese matches alone.
"Well, you can't involve friendship with business. It has to be one or the other. It's either business or friendship, or hit the bricks!" --Life Lessons from "The Tao of Bobby the Brain Heenan" Uncensored 2000 preview
"As long as the check don't bounce, I guess he's okay with it!" --Former All Pro Giants LB Harry Carson on Bill Parcells joining the hated rival Dallas Cowboys
The Foley one didn't do it for me. Maybe it's because it emphasizes hits and MISSES quite a bit, some of the matches weren't that gripping, and Foley himself downplays nearly every match he introduces. It comes off as an archival piece rather than anything I'd rewatch in depth.
Best bets are their documentaries, like Rise & Fall of ECW, and the Monday Night War. Both are quite well done.
Thanks for a great season, Pick of the Week fans...see you next year at Planet Magic in Denmark, WI!
In addition to Hulk Still Rules, I'd recommend nWo: Back in Black (even though the cover says "WWE," it's the last WWF DVD release before "WWE" replaced everything) and The Monday Night War as well.
Man, I can't believe I haven't seen the ECW DVD yet.
Star wipe, and...we're out. Thrillin' ain't easy.
THE THRILL ACW-NWA Wisconsin Home Video Technical Director...& A2NWO 4 Life! (Click the big G to hear the Packers Fight Song in RealAudio...or try .MP3, .AU, or .WAV!)
1 thing about the Monday Night Wars dvd - watch out for the revisionist history due to the "winners get to tell the story" factor. Vince (and others) playing the martyr while big, bad WCW was taking food off their tables got a bit tiresome after a while. Yeah, WCW "stole" talent, but I guess Vince forgets how he built the WWF after he took over.
If ya want to go for PPVs, id recommend WrestleMania X7 (if ya can get it), SummerSlam 2002, Survivor Series 2002, WrestleMania XIX & XX, Rumble 2004 and Bakclash 04.
My personal favorites are the ECW, Benoit, HBK, and Eddie DVDs. I wasn't as crazy about the Flair and Foley DVDs but they are well done. I'd say my advice to you is just decide who you like the most out of the people mentioned, all of them are done well, so you'll probably like the one with the subject you like.
Spend 6 bucks at Best Buy and get the Andre the Giant DVD. Good old matches, a lot of "Hey, I remember THAT guy" stuff, plus, LORD ALFRED FRIEKING HAYES!!!!!!
The only online retailer i found with a copy was dvdimport.com selling for almost 60 canadian Click Here (dvdimport.com) If you've no luck there you can try ebay or amzon marketplace. Good luck, it's worth the price definetley.
The ECW DVD is great...one of my favs...my favorite so far is the Benoit Hard Knocks DVD, and the new RVD One of a Kind DVD is good too...especially if you like a quantity of matches..both Benoit and RVD are loaded with matches. The Benoit DVD has the Owen tribute match..which is a great bonus.
Does anyone know if they have announced a season 2 for this series? I loved the first one and am getting the Season 1 box set but have not heard or seen anything on yea or nay on season 2.
