These come courtesy of PWInsider.com ...

Dark Match
Matt Cappoteli & Scotty 2 Hotty defeated The Shane Twins.

Velocity
Hardcore Holly defeated Kenzo Suzuki with the Alabama Slam.

Charlie Haas defeated Rene Dupree.

Heidenreich defeated Mike Mondo.

Smackdown
Rey Mysterio defeated Danny Basham. They announced Rey and a mystery partner would challenge the Basham Brothers at No Way Out. Rey then revealed his partner would be Eddie Guerrero.

Backstage, WWE champion John Bradshaw Layfield complained to Teddy Long about Batista coming to Smackdown. Long told Bradshaw that he made his own bed and now he’d have to lie in it.

WWE Cruiserweight champion Funaki & Paul London & Shannon Moore defeated Spike Dudley & Akio & Chavo Guerrero when Funaki pinned Spike. The match was stopped for several minutes when several of the newer Divas came out to ringside and marched around the ring with signs advertising their name and the No Way Out PPV this Sunday. Torrie Wilson was the special guest ring announcer.

Wrestlemania 21 Pulp Fiction spoof with Eddie Guerrero and Booker T.

Kurt Angle defeated someone billed from Cleveland in the Olympic Challenge. Angle said he was going to beat whoever he had to face at No Way Out and faced off with John Cena as they passed.

John Cena pinned Booker T to make it into the finals of the Wrestlemania 21 title shot tournament. Cena will face Kurt Angle this Sunday at No Way Out.

Backstage, Heidenreich made fun of Booker T for losing.

Backstage, The Big Show did an interview promoting the barbed wire Steel Cage match. They had barbed wire on the background of the interview set.

In his locker room, John Bradshaw Layfield spoke to The Bashams and Orlando Jordan about the Barbed Wire Cage Match. He said he wasn’t afraid of Batista and if he showed up, Batista was in for a fight.

Luther Reigns pinned Nunzio. He cut an interview about The Undertaker. Taker came out and brawled with Reigns and Mark Jindrak, leading to....

The Undertaker pinned Mark Jindrak. Reigns beat up a cameraman and then hit Taker from behind with the camera. Jindrak and Reigns walked out but as they were in the aisle, the Undertaker’s gong was heard and he sat up.

They played the trailer for “Be Cool.”

Carlito Caribbean Cool approached Teddy Long and said that next week, Long was going to feel Cool’s wrath.

John Bradshaw Layfield, Orlando Jordan, and The Bashams came to the ring. Batista showed up in a convertible, and takes a baseball bat out of his car and destroy’s Bradshaw’s limo. Bradshaw’s cabinet run to the limo. The Big Show comes to the ring and confronts Bradshaw when he’s alone. The Cabinet attacked Show. Batista ran in for the save and had a face off with Show as the show went off the air.

Post-Show Dark Match

Undertaker & John Cena & Big Show defeated Kurt Angle & Heidenreich & WWE champion John Bradshaw Layfield.

Sounds like a pretty decent show on paper. I'm sure big Dave got a MASSIVE pop from the blue show crowd. From the looks of it, it appears that No Way Out is shaping up like this:

JBL vs. Big Show for WWE Championship - Barbed Wire Cage Match
Kurt Angle vs. John Cena - winner gets a WWE Championship match at WM21
Basham Brothers vs. Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio - WWE Tag Team Championship
Undertaker vs. Luther Reigns
Booker T vs. Heidenreich
Probably some sorta Cruiserweight match and from the Velocity spoilers, I wouldn't be surprised to see Hardcore Holly & Charlie Haas vs. Rene Dupree & Kenzo Suzuki

And did I call it last week or what? A Booker T/Eddie Guerrero WM21 Hollywood spoof of Pulp Fiction. Give me a Bozo button.

Not to beat on a dead horse or anything, but SmackDown seems to have just thrown it's hands in the air and say "I don't care".

Consider:
1. The PPV is this Sunday, and we have five matches announced.
2. They haven't announced the actual rules of the Barbed Wire Cage Match yet (right?)
3. Big Show seems to have become almost an afterthought, as the build seems to be more on what Batista is going to do.
4. Eddie and Rey fight the Bashams for the tag titles, but I thought that Eddie's tag team partner was Booker T?
5. Undertaker vs. Reigns? This doesn't even have the "laughably bad" aspect the Heidenreich feud had, this just sucks.
6. I can't even remember the last time Kurt Angle did anything remotely notable.

On a side note, what's with the Be Cool trailer? It makes me wonder if there's something we don't know about the Rock/WWE situation.

I never, to the best of my knowledge, cut my toenails.

Promotion & advertising for the movie may have been set up before the Rock/WWE relationship fizzled.

JST, somebody called this in a different thread (it may have even been you)...they basically said they were hoping for this. If it was you, hook me up with lottery numbers, please. :)

Well until you said that I never even realized that Chavo was a face, and I even watch Smackdown, somewhat. When did his face turn happen?

When he can back from his concussion caused by Billy Kidman's Shooting Star Press.

And Billy Kidman's another one that's gone MIA ... I guess Torrie still needs someone to lug her bags around.

From the sounds of it, the "Pick the next SD Diva" thing might not be such a bad thing. It sounds like they're having the audience pick one out of all the interchangeable women that have shown up over the past few weeks. If we pick one and the rest have to go away, then its not so bad.

The No Way Out card looks pretty horrible. It might be worth a DVD buy if JBL and Big Show do horrible things to each other.

I don't believe he's technically a heel. He may not be a face either.

Basically what has been happening with him lately is that, despite being a face, he has wrestled a lot of face lately. He seems to come out as a face and play to the audience, but after a minute or two in the ring, hyou can see that he is the guy that is working as the heel. It's kind of strange, but I don't think that he is actually a heel.

That seems like REALLY lazy booking to me. Can't they at least think of some reason for him to be a heel? I mean, it would only take a simple promo or backstage segment to pull it off. Are they that apathetic over cruiserweights?
