Get to know me! Love that movie. I will definitely watch that one, Scrooged is a good option, Xmas vacation, and whatever pops up on tv. The DVD player will be filled with all Lord of the Rings extended editions. *drool* back to back! *cackle* It might not be christmassy but it's a tradition already because of the theatre release dates.
The 1987 Garfield Christmas Special (It ain't Christmas without it.), which I just purchased though this handy Click Here (click.linksynergy.com) found right here on This Very Site!
Also, Christmas Vacation, and just about everything Freeway420 said, plus Scrooged, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the first Simpsons Christmas DVD, and Charlie Brown.

DUDE!!!!! We played the hell out of our tape with "A Garfield Christmas", "Claymation Christmas Special", and "Wish for Wings that Work" (Bill n' Opus' one and only TV special). *LOVE* those classics!
"VeggieTales Christmas Spectacular" and "The Christmas Star" will be playing this year.

The Muppet Christmas Carol fucking rules! Gonzo as Charles Dickens with Ratso was the best! Michael Caine gives an inspired performance as Scrooge... INSPIRED!
This surpassed my other holiday favorite, SANTA CLAUS: THE MOVIE, the first time I saw it.
Also, I hate to admit it, but it just isn't christmas unless I watch JINGLE ALL THE WAY at least once during the month.

Now that I have a 2 year old niece who I don't see as much as I should, I have an excuse to watch the Christmas Sesame Streets with her. She's also a fan of Olive, the Other Reindeer, which isn't too bad. I'm hoping to get her into my well worn copy of a Pee Wee's Playhouse Christmas this year.
I've caught Merry Christmas, George Bailey (imdb.com) on PBS the past few years, and I've really enjoyed it. It's a "radio show", on stage, of "It's a Wonderful Life" with Bill Pullman and many other stars. Hopefully I can find it again this year.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation A Charlie Brown Christmas Scrooged A Christmas Story A Muppet Family Christmas
It really bugs me that the version of A Muppet Family Christmas on video doesn't have the scene with Fozzie and the snowman doing stand-up. I guess it's a good thing we taped it off the television when it was on years and years ago. "Careful of the icy patch!" and "De gobbla-gobbla HUMONGO!" are practically catchphrases around my house.
I must watch "A Christmas Carol" with Alistar Sim as Scrooge A Christmas Story White Christmas (at least twice) Holiday Inn Die Hard (ok, It ain't traditional, but it's Xmas) Home Alone Lawrence Welk Christmas Special - Man, I love that old-timey stuff.
Now, is it ok for me yell THEATRE! in a crowded fire?
Catch The Thrill on "Pick of the Week": taped Tuesdays at Planet Magic in Denmark, WI; on the air Sundays @ 1 am on WB-14!

Count me in on that...just picked it up on DVD (both color AND the black & white...4 life?) versions on the disc.
And I'll second the love for A Charlie Brown Christmas and Emmitt Otter's Jug-Band Christmas. I've gotta get that on DVD.
Star wipe, and...we're out. Thrillin' ain't easy.

I agree with much of what's all ready posted. What I don't have on VHS or DVD, I wait for it to air. But two films that I MUST see every Holiday Season:
- Dutch... Starring Ed O'Neill and Ethan Embrey(Randall) This is a great Kick-Off of the season for me.
- The Good Son... With Macaulay Culkin and Elijah Wood. Not a Holiday film, but it's like a tradition for me to watch it. I think this was Culkin's best performance ever, which might not be saying much, but I like it. Much better than him in "The Nutcracker".
Meg: Being a single mother is hard, but the real challenge is having a baby that's addicted to crack. Right Stewie?
Stewie: What's that? Oh yes, yes, I love crack. I'm absolutely cuckoo for crack.
Just curious if anyone had seen the ads/bothered to see this show besides me. Checked out the second half by channel surfing, and set the Tivo to record it the next time it was on.
