If you could go to true wi-fi multiplayer (not the 30 ft. radius)... wow.
For a cart-based machine, it's pretty darn sweet. The touch screen is amazing; the crazy thing is that depending on how you want to target/move, the main Samus view will change from top screen to bottom, and vice versa. We'll see how it pans out, but I really think Nintendo has beat Sony to the punch on this one; releasing their system nine months or so before hand gives Nintendo time to release what could be a couple of killer apps or so.

IGN reported that it works fine up to approximately 300 ft. The 30 ft. radius is probably just Nintendo trying to be safe. We went through the same thing when they released the WaveBird. The box says it works within a 30 ft. radius but it goes much farther than that.

I got to take this for a test drive a couple of days ago as well. I could never figure out how to jump.
One of my friends was watching me play, and he was really not wanting to get a DS before, but now is seriously considering it just on the strength of Metroid.
