In an earlier thread, they brought up wrestlers who played basketball either professionally or in college. That go me thinking: A lot of wrestlers have been to college, how many graduated and became teachers?
Here are the ones I know of so far:
Glacier: Former Jr. High p.e. teacher.
Spike Dudley: Former elementary school teacher.
Shane Douglas: Former High School teacher
Scotty Anton: Former Jr. High(?) teacher
Can you guys think of any others?

That's pretty cool. So not only are pro wrestlers "corrupting" the minds of children, as that pimple on the ass of life Beeyotch O'Reilly says, they are also helping to shape them!

I know both Jericho and Kane have English degrees. Usually that leads to teaching, but I don't know if they got their feet wet before becoming wrestlers. Jericho did work as a jounalist for a bit, though.

How did THAT one slip my mind? I saw on some "where are they now" thing that George is a theatre professor at some college.

"The best reason for committing loathsome & detestable acts -and let's face it, I am considerably something of an expert in the field - is purely for their own sake. Monetary gain is all very well, but it dilutes the tastes of wickedness to a lower level that is obtainable by anyone will an overdeveloped sense of avarice. True and baseless evil is as rare as the purest good - and we all know how rare THAT is." - Acheron Hades, THE EYRE AFFAIR by Jaspar Fforde

Q: If you could have interviewed Marvin Gaye, where would you have proposed to meet and what would you have asked him?
A: I would have met anywhere as long as it was before his father shot him. I would have asked him, "Hey, don't you think there's some chance that your father might shoot you? To death, I mean?"

"The US troops are kickin ass here in Kabul, Pete-o Machine-o, and makin sure that it never EEEEEEVERR happens again. Meanwhile I had a chat to Hamid Karzai earlier and he reassures me that there's a 99% chance that Afghan-is-tan will be renamed Afghan-is-Jericho! This in refference to the hero, rolemodel, and PARAGON OF VIRTUE currently stationed in their country... namely, ME! Let's hear what the people of Afghanistan have to say:"
Soem guy on the street: "Hey, you're that washed up American journalist Has-been!"
"Me? WASHED UP?! HAS BEEN?!?! IT'S A CONSPIRACY!!!"
...hmmm, Jericho the journalist would sure be... different... to say the least!
Tito Santana is a physical education teacher in the Bound Brook, NJ school system.
I did read that Bob Backlund was a wrestling instructor at Central Connecticut State College...don't know how true it is, and I never heard of the school.
