With Booker T's face turn tonight it Smackdown, it dawned on me that his was one of the shortest heel runs I've seen, running from April to October. The only other heel run I can think of being so quick was Steve Austin's April to December heel run in 2001, and even THAT had a weeklong teased face turn in the middle.
Are there any other runs as a heel or face that you can think of that were shorter?

Angle's face turn in 2001. Hell, most of Angle's turns were shorter.
There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened. - The Restaurant at the End of the Universe
Without counting the many "2 hour turns" that result in things like DX pretending to hate eachother only to admit it was a Big Swerve, or the nWo pulling the same stunt....
The shortest I can remember must be The Big Show. He turned God Knows How Many Times in that first year alone, so any one of these:
- Debuts at St. Valentine's Day Massacre as a heel with Vince.
- Turns on Vince at Wrestlemania.
- Joins the Undertaker that summer.
- Bossman digs up his daddy, turning him face in the fall.
- Hates The Rock, turns heel going into the 2000 Rumble.
- Is just a wacky guy, turns face a week after Mania.
- Joins Shane McMahon's Brand New Stable That Never Went Anywhere in July 2000. Was demoted to OVW, and got his manic turns somewhat a little more under control.
Unless I'm mistaken, Chavo's last heel run lasted almost a full year. So nothing TOO out of the ordinary there.
Does Steven Richards count? He gets squashed by Tyson Tomko after a few weeks of dressing up as a woman and saving Victoria, and in the blink of an eye he was back to working matches as a heel.
I think Sting turned heel briefly at Fall Brawl 99, and the fans wouldnt buy it,but I could be wrong, Im sure someone will remember.
Yes, this heel turn involved him hitting the newly turned red and yellow Hulk Hogan with a bat...a move that was LONG overdue. Sting had been jerked around by the nWo for so long I don't think anyone had a problem with him beating the holy bejeezus out of Hogan.
He attempted to do Heelish things such as duck Benoit who wanted a title shot, or try to get Flair to retire. Nobody bought it. In the World Title Tournament he was still a heel, but Luger was dicking him around throughout the whole thing - so once again the fans were still cheering.
They finally gave up at Mayhem 1999 in November, in the semi-finals of the World Title tournament. Naturally, the fans give him all sorts of heat that night (wrestling Bret in Canada) so it MAY not have been the right time, but he got some mild applause after hugging Bret.
And that was the end of Sting's dreadful heel run.
I'm still waiting to see if the writers follow up on Hurricane taking his mask back from the ringside fan after losing to Tajiri a few weeks back. I expected it to escalate once Rosey slammed him due to mask problems. But he worked the Taboo elimination match as a face.

As short as Kurt's face run in mid-2001 was, afterwards, he turned heel and inexplicably joined the Alliance for a month or so, before turning face again to help the WWF win at Survivor Series, only to turn heel once again on the Flair RAW the next night.
What about the time Ahmed Johnson joined the Nation of Domination for, like, two weeks?
Chris Jericho also came into the WWF as a heel in late August of 1999, but the fans had turned him face by the end of the year.

"We haven't heard much from him. And I wouldn't necessarily say he's at the center of any command structure. And, again, I don't know where he is. I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him." ---George W. Bush, 3/13/2002
By the way, Storm's gimmick includes 1.) telling the audience to shut up, and 2.) occasionally making everyone stand for the Canadian national anthem. You know they don't know what to do with a wrestler when he's making fans stand for a national anthem. It's like waving a white flag and saying, "This guy has no personality -- we give up."
The last time Flair turned face it only lasted for a week. He turned face when he refused to lay down for HHH, then the next week he turned heel again while teaming with HBK.
Goldberg and Sting's WCW heel runs were both ridiculously short. I barely even count Sting's since he was still cheered like nothing happened, and the only thing I remember at all about it was when he cut a (surprisingly good) heelish promo threatning Flair on Nitro.

Should we count the start of the Jericho/Christian/Trish/Lita love angle where Christian got Lita her job back and and for like a couple of shows would rescue her from potential attacks by Matt Hardy(which have been conveniently forgotten about)? I mean, while it was revealed to be a trick I think he was pretty much being given the face treatment for the time being as the fans really couldn't boo his actions.

Flair almost turned face about 3 weeks ago on that episode of Raw where he cut that promo on Orton but Orton said he was sad with the pathetic cheerleading he was doing for HHH. Flair later came out whilst Triple H & Batista were double teaming the 'Legend Killer'and turned face for about two seconds when he threatened to hit HHH with a chair but then went back and hit Orton. This may or may not be considered a face turn. Probably the latter.
The Flair-turns-against-Evolution stuff is all in the swerve camp rather than full-blown turns. He did, however, turn heel for a like a month right at the start of the brand split, then hurriedly turned back face once Austin walked out. That was a pretty short one.
Once upon a time in China, some believe, around the year one double-ought three, head priest of the White Lotus Clan, Pai Mei was walking down the road, contemplating whatever it is that a man of Pai Mei's infinite power contemplates - which is another way of saying "who knows" - when a Shaolin monk appeared, traveling in the opposite direction. As the monk and the priest crossed paths, Pai Mei, in a practically unfathomable display of generosity, gave the monk the slightest of nods. The nod was not returned. Now was it the intention of the Shaolin monk to insult Pai Mei or did he just fail to see the generous social gesture? The motives of the monk remain unknown. What is known, are the consequences. The next morning Pai Mei appeared at the Shaolin Temple and demanded of the Temple's head abbot that he offer Pai Mei his neck to repay the insult. The Abbot at first tried to console Pai Mei, only to find Pai Mei was inconsolable. So began the massacre of the Shaolin Temple and all 60 of the monks inside at the fists of the White Lotus. And so began the legend of Pai Mei's five point palm exploding heart technique.
