Hey! What about the Midnight Express in 1997? Bombastic Bob and Bodacious Bart should be just as relevant as the pre-1986 MX.

Oh, no. you. DIDN'T!

Geez, the gimmick was so awful! I really think that's the reason Holly continues to get pushes to this day. Every time he sinks past a certain point, he clears his throat and gently reminds Vince about Sparky Plugg and the MX...

Even Bart is over in Japan right now getting a hella Gaijin push because the MX period is PROOF the guy'll do ANYTHING for a paycheck.

And people wonder why Cornette vows to live longer than Vince for the single purpose of being able to piss on his grave...

Two hours later they decided to stop at a diner
Because they loved the smell of eggs and coffee
I just had to smoke a cigarette and wear a hat
By the time that they set off again, the sun was starting to set
It made the sky look red like a nuclear ray
One of them said "what do you want more than anything
in this whole wide world
Do you want money, do you want sex, or do you want all that success?"
I thought about that one myself
(Then they came upon the thing)

Um... no.

A) Michael Barton (the former Bart Gunn) has pretty much fallen off the map in Japan. He hasn't had anything resembling a push in years.

B) Cornette never said that about McMahon(The late Michael "Hawk" Hegstrand did.) He WORKS for Vince McMahon and has always to my knowledge spoken well of him. Cornette may however have said it about Vince Russo.

I want this for Christmas. This will sound even stranger to my girlfriends mom than the "PRINCE LIVE AT THE ALLADIN" dvd I asked for last year!

Odds that if you leave this gift up to your GF's mother that instead you'll get a prison drama about Turkish heroin smuggling: 5-1.

Michael Barton the former Bart Gunn may not be getting any sort of push but he did knock out the current WWE champion, Bradshaw. That just tells you that legit shootfighting and "wrestling" are worlds apart.

Okay, you don't want to include the "Bombastic" Bob and "Bodacious" Bart era but what "Ravishing" Randy Rose? And when you think about it, since Holly and the another Gunn are teaming together, why don't they revive the MX. Billy Gunn suits the "Bodacious" monciker more so than Bart and he looks like "Sweet" Stan.

I don't know what they were doing with the whole HHH/Booker thing, but I don't care. I like HHH, so let him keep the belt. A great show, with the highlight being Jericho kicking Shawn in the balls after the match.
