I'm telling you, Feely. Every week you manage to depress me about something. They made a Passion of the Christ album? Jesus...
EDIT: What's your take on Korn's cover of "Word Up"? I generally hate Korn with a white-hot passion (not of the Christ) but the single is so unbelievably stupid and crappy that it's kinda endearing. Sort of like "Billy Madison".
(edited by OlFuzzyBastard on 20.8.04 2216) If tomorrow's lead story in the New York Times were headlined, 'Bush Is Second Coming of Christ,' (L. What you said. I almost kinda...like it? And yes, there's a Passion of the Christ album hitting stores soon. Though thankfully that Stapp single is bombing, at least at secular radio.

Whoa whoa whoa...
PLEASE don't tell me you're talking about "Word Up" by Cameo. PLEASE tell me you're talking about something else...
Oh, he is...and the song is crap. I almost prefer Melanie B's version to Korn's.
Does Feely have any thoughts on Maroon 5? I think the latest song is pretty good, following two other good songs. Do they not count because of being more pop than rock?
Joe Wilson (looking at Interocitor manual)- Hey, here's something my wife could use in the house... Crow T. Robot- A man? Joe Wilson- An interocitor incorporating an electron sorter. Cal Meechum- Oh, she'd probably gain 20 pounds while it did all the work for her. Tom Servo- Cal, you bitch!
Top and bottom forty at the same time? I...doubt it, though there are likely bands that have appeared in both at NOT the same time. As for Maroon 5...ehhhhh. Decent if overexposed. And yeah, the newest single doesn't make it because they didn't even try at rock radio with this one.
Being an Australian, I've been digging on the Avalanches for quite some time. They used to sound way different about 6 years ago and were kind of a hip hop band. This incarnation just ruled...
