Wow - over half the BigTen is ranked. That'll last, oh, until one week into the season.
YOUR CONTINUED HERESY AGAINST THE WRESTLING GODS HAS DOOMED YOU TO SPEND ETERNITY WATCHING A MORDECAI VS. KENZO SUZUKI IRON-MAN MATCH (and Hiroko isn't at ringside for you to oogle).
I'm a Tennessee fan and even I'm wondering why they're ranked so high ... especially above a Clemson team that soundly beat them in the Peach Bowl and returns a lot of starters.
I figured Auburn would be ranked higher. I guess voters got gunshy after their high ranking & shaky start last season.
As a Tennessee fan, nothing scares me more than reading in ESPN's take on the top 25 than saying that Tennessee's returning to a power running game with C.J. Leak as the quarterback.
Didn't we try that two years ago? Wasn't it ...pretty bad? Am I missing something?
I'm glad to see the SEC is well represented in the top 10, I don't really understand the Tennessee love either, or Auburn either. It's going to be a 3 team race between Georgia, LSU and Florida I think.

There hasn't been anything good about the Tennessee offense in the last three years, with the last couple of years under a quarterback with experience. I'm scared of how bad the offense will be with virtually no experience at the QB spot, regardless of what style they decide to run. (but on paper, it would dictate going to a running game, they have a ton of experience at the tailback spot)

Well, a couple of years ago, I distinctly remember Randy Sanders "run it up the middle" offense. This was a style of offense that would be run no matter what. We could have wide-open WRs, 11 men in the box... and we're going up the middle.
Our only saving grace (as always) is Colquitt. How sad is it that you have to pin your hopes for a good season on your punter, anyway?
Wow. You waited a week before plugging a "viral" campaign. This is a new record. Please contact me for our ad rates if you would like to advertise at the-w.com.
