Just listened to the new Ministry CD this weekend, and it blew my mind. I think "Houses" is easily their best work in over 10 years. Far and away better than any of their last three albums. If you liked the "Psalm 69" album, you'll like this one.
Arguing on the Internet is like running in the Special Olympics...even if you win, you're still retarded.
I'd have to agree with the assessment that it's their best work by far since Psalm 69. I think Psalm 69, The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste, and The Land of Rape and Honey are still better than Houses of the Molé, but it's right up there with them.
With that said, I wouldn't recommend it to people that believe George W is a good president or is doing a good job in office, as the lyrics are pretty much a tirade against him, his cabinet, and his policies.
I was not impressed. If anything, it's a watered down version of Psalm 69, which has not aged well at all. Ministry went all to hell when they went metal.
