He broke his hand in a Velocity match against the Default Create-A-Wrestler (Garrison Cade), he threw a punch as Cade brought his leg up and as a result Shelton hit the leg/knee brace.

Actually it was a house show. Shelton will be out till August and should be back after Summerslam, from what's been reported.

What is the latest with the CLB? Did he have surgery of some sort?

Oh, houseshow then. I haven't been following WWE closely for some time now, so I tend to get stuff confused. :)

    Rick

Last I heard, he's supposed to be out for at least another month, due to back problems. :\

I miss Rossy's report. It used to give us IWC'ers an insight and accurate news and injury status's. CLB, Test, Trish, Shelton - we want proper WWe news on these peeps. They give JBL a column to rant on everyone but not JR?

I ran, I ran so far away 'cos I want you to want me and I was angry when I met you, you stupid girl

I think JR gave it up because he had so many other duties, he just didn't have time to do a report every week.

Ross also stated that a lot of the boys would end up angry if he said something negative about them, and it was getting too out of hand.

"Back in the old days of the Bash they had guys like Dean Malenko and Arn Anderson. But we got Sable and Torrie!" -Michael Cole continuing to prove he's an idiot (paraphrased due to me not having a copy of GAB 2004, nor will I ever)

I liked how Ross used to single out those who are out of shape all the time.

It was nice to hear of guys who were out for a long, long time with broken necks, etc., but every week we'd hear that they were recovering nicely....

The cheap shots at "stuff I've been reading on the internet that simply isn't true" was fun, it made you want to surf more to find out what he was talking about.

The recaps he did of Raw, SD, and the "great effort the boys gave for the PPV" were always fun, as were his retelling of how far they travelled each week.

I beleive the original thread title referred to shelton benjamin, but was changed once it veered off in the Ross direction.

At times I heard it's even more pity... Like someone gets mention positively a couple of weeks in a row and someone else doesn't and the person wonders "Why am I not complimented".
