Boy, I can't wait to see the replay of this game. Even if

a) I didn't like the results
b) correctly predicted Beckham would do what he did

That was an absolutely fantastic game, the best of the tournament so far and one of the best I've seen in ages. Despite the fact that England did not play very well for much of the match, you just can't beat the drama of an early goal, a late equalizer, a controversial disqualification of a winner at the death, two goals in the second half of extra time, and penalties.

Amazing stuff. I'm really glad that I had the VCR going at home while I watched it at a packed sports bar.

I don't feel too bad for England, since they only took I think 2 shots in the second half.

Hopefully, this helps the Swedes somehow.

It were funny, I live on island between Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales & Enlgand so fans from all four were in pub and most wanted England to lose. Bit petty to me, I wanted a good game, but some guys wanted Portugal for online friend reasonings. Sad someone had lose like that, but England were going mad with our media and it was arrogant - but they would support Wales or Scotland more thant they like England. I support any of them, whoever is doing best.

Not too upset but disappointed about the result, in my own biased opinion the referee was biased but still no excuse for poor play. Feel really sorry for Rooney after all, he was becoming a bit of a hero. Campbell and Cole did a great job defending, but in the end the better team won.

Well it's better than being knocked out by Romania in the group stages...

I would love to see a replay of this game as well. As I live in the States (New Orleans to be exact) I haven't yet seen the whole game. I listened to the game online and read a whole bunch of stories about it online, but have yet to see it. It does appear that England got the raw end of the deal, but there are also many people who are still convinced the Raiders won the famous "tuck rule' game a couple of years ago, they got the raw end of the deal as well. If anyone knows when this game will come on TV in the US, please leave it on the board, I would love to see it.

My beloved Seahawks have had quite a gaping hole at TE for a while now and he's already familiar with both our DB/Asst Head Coach/To Be Head Coach Jim Mora and our GM Tim Ruskell from their days in Atlanta, so Seattle might be a possibility.
