I have a bad feeling about Lem next week. I don't think they should get rid of him, because he seems to be the moral compass of the Strike Team, and is probably the character in the Strike Team that the audience can relate to.

The scenes where Lem and Vic told Tavon that he hit Mara were powerful. I hope the poor guy finds out what's been going on, because he's a good guy caught in a very bad situation.

Season finale next week, and I'm looking forwards to it. After that, I guess I have to get a life on Tuesday nights again.

Great show last night. Should be interesting to see what happens next week. Could Shane be gone too along with Lem?

Nice to see that Jo-Jo's son will be on the show longer though.

The stuff with Tevon & Lem was just brutal, & then to top it all off, Vic went & made the "she was bleeding for a bit" comment when Tevon asked about the baby. Just brutal stuff.

I don't think Lem is going anywhere, & I don't think Shane is either. I think they're teasing the break of the Strike Team, but Mara is going to be the casualty in all of this & it's going to be Shane who does it to win back Vic's trust.

Will be very interesting to see where they leave us hanging till next season...

BTW, am I alone in hoping Claudette shows up next week with her feet missing or something?? :-)

Yeah I have to disagree with you Maestro on that. Claudette is the moral fiber that holds the show together. She is the complete opposite of Vic Mackey as she will do the real right thing at any cost to her career while Mackey will do any thing to keep his alive regardless of how wrong. As far as the season finale next week I don't see them killing off any main characters and somehow the Strike team will spin it the right way to get Dutch to believe it.

I enjoyed the episode as well, and Claudette's big stand was some great acting. I have always seen both her and Dutch as the moral compass, that is until David Mamet got his fingers in the storyline. Suddenly, my favorite character was bordering on becoming a serial killer. This week though he is back to being just a smartass nice guy. I think we really deserve some sort of good thing to happen to Dutch (and catching the cuddler rapist doesn't count because of how it made Dutch act).

The guy who plays Lem is a great actor as well. He had very good facial expressions in the hospital scene. I think that next week will either see Mara pull a Terri Runnels and admit that she is not pregnant, or Mara will do some other wacky thing that gets were whacked.

Oh, and Maestro, you are alone in your wishes for Claudette. The rest of us hope Mara is next.

Crow T. Robot- A man?
Joe Wilson- An interocitor incorporating an electron sorter.
Cal Meechum- Oh, she'd probably gain 20 pounds while it did all the work for her.
Tom Servo- Cal, you bitch!

I keep thinking that Vic will find that laptop with Dutch's kiddie porn "research", and use it as leverage with him.

I thought they found that laptop by the end of the episode...?

I guess I'm on my own in my hatred for Detective Wimms. I guess while some of you see a "moral compass" in her, I just see a "holier than thou" who makes my skin crawl when she goes on one of her personal crusades (as she did last night, even against the almost always straight Dutch).

I'm willing to have Mara go first though, & I think Shane's siding with Vic was the first step towards that happening...

Somebody has to pay. And I'm not talking about the money train heist. I mean for what they did to Tavon. Vic or Shane or Mara better bleed for that one.

Vic's comment to Tavon about how Mara was bleeding was totally unnecessary. I thought that Vic only did things like this to protect his friends? I guess he felt it was necessary to pile extra guilt on Tavon, who is no fool, but still has a conscience. It was disturbing to watch, though. I like the character and I hope he sticks around.

Claudette is a necessity. I do think that she is a good person, but she is only human. She had gotten a little power hungry this season, and (in my opinion) her carelessness almost cost the Decoy Squad big time. Still, she seems to have been humbled since going back to detective duty full time, and I enjoy how well she works with Dutch. Dutch is my favorite, too, cat shenanigans and all. I noticed that in next week's preview, Vic was pushing Dutch. I hope that Dutch lays the smack down on Vic, for you don't just "handle" the Dutchman.

It was a great episode, and it built up tension for the finale next week. There are still some unexplored plot lines, though...for example, I was convinced that Hunter would do something by now, either kill himself, or try to hurt Lauren and Vic. I don't know if they'll be able to squeeze a substantial story line out of him next week with all that is going on. Also, I'm surprised that Stella is not footless. Hell, Diagur had marked money...he's dead. O'Brien had marked money...him and his bookie are dead. Stella had it first...why is that bitch still walking?

I was also kind of hoping that Danny would hook up with that Taylor guy. I felt bad for him last week as he left the station. I know he's a player, but Danny could do worse (she was boning a married Vic who basically got her fired, after all), and she needs a good storyline this season. I was also hoping that the return of Marcos would have led to a showdown type of situation with him, but alas.

I am going to miss this show tremendously. I guess that I'll just have to bask in the Season 1 and 2 DVDs for the billionth time, but oh well. Oh, BOS, call me thick, but what do you mean by Jo-jo's son?

*Edit* Nevermind, BOS, I just found out that Tavon is Jo-Jo White's son! Interesting!
