Ok, Konnan has been mentioned. At what point will someone with talent be mentioned?
These are desperate times. And desperate times call for desperate measures. Thus, its time to break out the Cubs/White Sox/Red Sox call to put the Kaiser back on the throne.

geemoney, havent you learned anyting by now about Vince? You cant really burn bridges in pro wrestling: just take a look at Sable, LOD, Hogan, Austin,...if it benefits Vince, he will do it. Konnan could be an intregal part in WWE's trying to tap into the hispanic market, and I think it would be a good move. Konnan may not be the lucha stylist of yesteryear, but he can talk on the mic and get a crowd riled up. He has close ties with Eddy and Rey, so him coming in wouldnt be a total shocker.
I read the a similar report (I think - nodq.com???) but the one I read said Vince didn't want him but was doing it because 1. He did't have a NWA-TNA contract and is working well over there and 2. As a favour to Guerrero
I'm not sure how this would benefit guys like Rey Mysterio, as possibly inferred. Seeing as how creative "has nothing for" Mysterio, simply bringing in Konnan doesn't hide the fact that the show (guessing we're talking Smackdown) is terrible right now.
Also, if he were to be involved with Eddy, after this painful JBL feud, then I almost wish they hadn't put the belt on Eddy after all. This is shaping up to be one horrible, horrible title reign.
Not sure how I went off in two different directions like that, with little to do with Konnan.
I'd rather see a Paul London push than a Konnan promo any day.
Actually, all the smarks seem to forget that during the nWo Wolfpac days, K-Dogg was quite over with the fans.
I'm not saying he was a good wrestler, but he was certainly popular. Nor am I inferring that signing Konnan would be a good idea. WWE's already got plenty of talent that they have “nothing for”.

AMEN! We want the Chairman of WCW in the WWE, dammit! Get him the hell out of AAA and their hexagonal-ring madness and onto my TV screen!
But if they bring in Konnan *shudder*, I can see the hockey chants now: "PULL-YOUR-PANTS-UP *clap*clap*clapclapclap*"

Given some of the utterly crappy people they've extracted from WCW in recent years (Buff Bagwell, Kronic, Ernest Miller, and so on), I'm actually surprised they never took a chance on Konnan.
During his peak, he was extremely over and a had great natural charisma about him. He'll never be confused with Benoit in the talent department, but I could certainly see a heel Konnan feuding with Eddie Guerrero and putting on some decent matches. At the very least, better than the crapfest about to take place this weekend.
