*World Heavyweight Championship Match (Triple Threat) -Benoit(c) vs. HHH vs. Michaels PICK: Chris Benoit - I just think he will get a longer title match. I don't want to see it go back to HHH yet.
*Intercontinental Championship Match (Hardcore rules) -Orton(c) vs. Mick Foley PICK: Randy Orton - I hope Foley can take it, but as has been mentioned, with the IC title probably not. Orton seems certain for the win, without a shock. Maybe Foley can take it and then refuse the title or something!?
*Women's Championship Match -Victoria(c) vs. Lita PICK: Victoria, at least I hope so. Why don't they use Jackie as a referee?
*2 on 1 match -Jericho vs. Christian/Stratus PICK: Chris Jericho
-Edge vs. Kane PICK: Edge.
-Benjamin vs. Flair PICK: Shelton Benjamin, not really sure why.
-Tajiri vs. Coachman PICK: Coach. I am not sure Al Snow will interfere, I think it will be someone that has a contract to wrestle so there will be a feud with Tajiri. Al Snow is only an announcer.
Benoit vs. Michaels vs. Trip (Big Gold Belt World Title): I have a bad feeling where this match is going. No Vince on TV since the lottery, thus meaning he's due to make his return. Canada + Vince's Montreal Fetish = Michaels winning the belt in a screw job, possibly a double turn attempt of him and Trip as Trip goes out the door for the movie the next night. Michaels with the sharpshooter over Trip with Vince calling for the bell, and Benoit screwed in Canada. Plus, I picked against Benoit at Mania, so I'm not going to jinx it by picking him now.
Orton vs. Cactus (I-C Title): Cactus will do all he can to carry this match. Unfortunately, its not 1993, 1995 or 2000. Won't be up to the standards of previous Foley classics, but he'll do all he can to make Vince's newest infatuation look good. Orton wins, and to further his unexplained push, he gets to be the guy who gets to stretcher Trip the next night on RAW, thus cementing Trip as a face for his return/eventual feud with Orton.
Jericho vs. Christian/Trish: A face has to go over at some point, and Jericho needs to go over someone at some point. Thus, Christian sacrafices Trish, and Trish is left to ponder whether she is a face or a heel. Jericho wins.
Lita vs. Victoria (Women's Title): The challenger has been on the main show, the champ relegated to Heat. Lita wins.
Edge vs. Kane: Remember about 6-8 months ago when Kane looked like he could get pushed to the top and be over? Well, that time has come and gone. Edge gets the return push, and wins after a cast shot behind the refs back to break up a chokeslam. Winner Edge.
Benjamin vs. Flair: The Battle of Minnesota. Winning over Flair on PPV still has some meaning left, thus it helps the Benjamin push. Should be a good match. Benjamin wins.
Tajiri vs. Coach: On the bright side, at least Jim Ross doesn't have a match. I still consider Coach worthless, thus he beats Tajiri with outside help, thus keeping Tajiri stuck in a feud with a C-Show announcer. Coach wins.
Should be a good to very good card, but should Cactus not have the ability to go on his own for a long period of time and the Triple Threat not be near the standard of Mania, the PPV could be a disappointment. But, even if everything ends up being worse than expected, at least Bradshaw isn't in the Main Event.
I want you to know, I agree with everything I just said.
BENOIT/HHH/SHAWN: Unless Vince actually wants to destroy his company (which he might; he did want to - at least on camera - two years ago) Benoit retains. If they're smart, HHH will take the loss again so that the one-on-one Benoit/Shawn feud remains fresh and legitimate.
FOLEY/ORTON: If the IC title WASN'T on the line, given WM and the buildup, I'd pick Foley. With the IC title on the line, I have to go with Randy, because there'd be no point to Mick as IC champ. Besides, last we heard, he was only being booked through Backlash anyway.
VICTORIA/LITA: God, please don't let Lita win. Victoria...
JERICHO/CHRISTIAN & TRISH: The buildup on Raw Monday night makes it obvious Jericho is either gonna win or at least get some form of revenge on these two. Considering that Jericho would be better off in the ME chasing Benoit, I vote for both of the above.
EDGE/KANE: Duh. Edge...
FLAIR/BENJAMIN: Since HHH is or shouldn't be getting the title back, give this one to Naitch, but in a way that Shelton's push continues... say, like Randy Orton coming out and personally introducing Shelton's head to the title in plain view of the ref.
TAJIRI/COACH: Unless they want to kill Tajiri ala Tazz in 2000, Tajiri wins and handily.

ArialGreenWorld Heavyweight Championship: Shawn Michaels vs Triple H vs Chris Benoit(c) MY PICK: Chris Benoit - No doubt in my mind.
Intercontinental Championship; No Holds Barred Match: Mick "Cactus Jack" Foley vs Randy Orton(c) MY PICK: Randy Orton - Again, No Doubt In my Mind, Cactus Jack will be taking nearly all the bumps though
Women's Championship: Lita vs Victoria(c) MY PICK: Lita - Yup...Even Though her wrestling sucks
Chris Jericho vs Christian/Trish Stratus: MY PICK: Jericho - He seems calm and collected, winning attitude...Trish is gonna get pinned
Edge vs Kane: MY PICK: Edge - Even though Im the biggest Kane Mark its gonna be edge, I just cant see him losing...
Shelton Benjamin vs Ric Flair: MY PICK: Flair - With help from batista...and then the rest of evolution will come out and beat on him...

Eh? Sorry, but this kind of logic is what makes WWE not take the internet seriously.
ANyway, I agree, Benoit retains, but not because a benoit loss would "destroy the company." sheesh. All the reasons why Benoit will win have already been pointed out, IMO.
Orton will win. Biggest night of Orton's career-to-date.
Trish/Christian will win, I think. I disagree that this fued has run it's course - I'd gladly see it continue for another month or even two. Great stuff.
Tajiri/Coach is totally unpredictable.
Benjamin wins, again, reasons already specified.
Unfortunately, I don't care enough about the women's match to even bother weighing the possibilities. That's kinda sad. Molly *really* should have gotten the shot here - she DID shave her head.
Really good card on paper, and the pieces are in place to deliver. I'm ordering the webcast (half-price, you know), so here's hoping.
*World Heavyweight Championship Match (Triple Threat) -Benoit(c) vs. HHH vs. Michaels PICK: CHRIS BENOIT -- Triple H is leaving soon to go off filming a movie, so putting the title on him wouldn't make sense. Michaels could get the belt to set up a Benoit-Michaels feud, but WWE would be insane to put the belt off of Benoit and on Michaels in Edmonton. Benoit keeps the belt, but something happens to set up the Michaels heel turn... Benoit makes HHH tap out again, if they want to set up a HHH face turn then have Evolution kick him out of the group the next night, otherwise just have him go away.
*Intercontinental Championship Match (Hardcore rules) -Orton(c) vs. Cactus Jack PICK: RANDY ORTON -- Both men have to look strong in this match... if Jack looks weak, then Orton's win doesn't mean as much. If Orton looks weak, his win looks like a fluke. This has the promise to be one hell of a hardcore match, but I think that unless Jack takes a big-time bump people will be disappointed by it. But, it should be one hell of a match if both men are on their games.
*Women's Championship Match -Victoria(c) vs. Lita PICK: VICTORIA -- Victoria's been quiet as champ so far, but it's mainly because they haven't had a strong heel challenger for her yet, and this is just giving her something to do. I see her going into a program with Trish after this.
*2 on 1 match -Jericho vs. Christian/Stratus PICK: CHRIS JERICHO -- I'm guessing (hoping) that this will be the end to the feud among these three. Jericho pins Trish to get his final act of revenge, or whatever. Time for WWE to elevate these two guys above the constant mid-card level and see what they can do near the top of the card.
-Edge vs. Kane PICK: EDGE -- Edge losing his big comeback match would totally kill his momentum, while Kane losing would further put his credibility down into the midcard range. I see some Johnny Nitro botched interference, pissing Kane off to the point where Bischoff sends him off to Smackdown, which is in DESPERATE need of upper-card talent right now. Even though Kane hasn't done much, with some smart booking his reputation as a monster could be reestablished, plus they could have him do some stuff with the Undertaker.
-Benjamin vs. Flair PICK: BENJAMIN -- Hard match to pick, but I don't see them jobbing Benjamin when his stock is at an all-time high right now. An Orton-Benjamin feud would seem like the most logical thing for them to do with Shelton after this, although he could go with Batista for a while.
-Tajiri vs. Coachman PICK: TAJIRI -- Meltzer mentioned something in his preview about having Eugene and La Resistance involved in this match, and that could actually make this thing entertaining. SOMEBODY has to interfere for The Coach in order for this match to go longer than 30 seconds.
HhH vs. Benoit vs. HBK - Benoit retains the title and HBK attacks him after the match turning heel. This sets up a HBK/Benoit feud and HhH goes off to film movies.
Victoria vs. Lita - Victoria retains. Lita is TOO sloppy. Victoria hasnt even been on TV with the belt.
Tajiri vs. Coach - Eugene and La Resistance get involved to make this a clusterfuck but Tajiri pulls it off.
Edge vs. Kane - Kane by DQ. Edge uses the cast towards the end and gets DQ'ed. Jonny Nitro comes out and catches a spear and the Edgeheads leave happy.
Orton vs. Cactus Jack - Orton wins and is elevated to an even bigger star. This sets up a Orton/Benjamin IC Title feud.
Ric Flair vs. Shelton Benjamin - Benjamin wins. Same situation as Orton/Jack.
Jericho vs. Trish/Christian - Jericho get his WMania revenge by making Trish tap in the walls.
Overall its a pretty strong card and should be good. Im really looking foward to Orton/Jack and the triple threat. The Jericho/Christian match should be good too. All in all it looks like a night for the faces to come out on top.

Tajiri v Coach: See no point in the Coach going over unless to set up a Tajiri / Johnny Nitro feud, or some other random bullshit involving a run-in. Doubt it will be bumped to Heat as pre-PPV Heats generally have only one match, which you would hope to involve TWO wrestlers.
Victoria (c) v Lita: Have to hope for a Victoria win, as Lita's performances since her return have been dire. Having said that, she's probably the most recognisable wrestler in the division, so they just might put her over.
Flair v Benjamin: Flair. While I kind of expect some kind of Batista involvement, I think that might be saved for Orton/Foley. Call me crazy, but I like Flair for a clean(ish) win.
Jericho v Christian/Trish: Jericho. Surely if CLB/Trish go over, this bullshit will be dragged out for another couple of months. Give Jericho the win, draw a line under it and move on....
Orton (c) v Foley: Orton. Unless Foley is coming back full time, I see no point in putting the strap on him (unless they have him job it out the next night on Raw). I honestly think this match will be dire. I really don't think Orton has the stuff for barbed wire and thumb tacks etc., unless he's hiding it to surprise us with! Orton win with some Batista shaped shenanigans.
Benoit (c) v HHH v Michaels: Not the first fucking idea. So many possibilities. Michaels win with HHH support, HHH win with Michaels turning heel (make up for his over enthusiastic hugging of Benoit during the tag match "win" over Flair and Batista. Michaels win with some kind of Montreal reference, Benoit going over by beating HHH clean and setting up HBK v Benoit one on one. That last one is my favourite...but then again, I can't see HBK ending his career without wearing the gold for 6 months at some point...I think I'm going to lie down now....

Did you read a quote from Shawn somewhere? Is he finished soon? I mean . . . he looks and wrestles *just as good* as 1996 nowadays - why should he leave? (I'm just asking cause I'm a huge HBK mark, and would hate to see him quit for good . . . )
BTW . . . if we do end up getting HBK/Benoit (here's hoping), I am going to be SERIOUSLY conflicted. In a good way.
World Champion Chris Benoit def. Triple H & Shawn Michaels -Benoit silences all doubters by winning again. I'm guessing the decision will be against HBK, since HHH got the loss last month. Cactus Jack def. IC Champion Randy Orton -On RAW, Cactus vacates allowing for a tournament culminating at Bad Blood. Women's Champion Victoria def. Lita -No build-up. No point in switching it up. Chris Jericho def. Christian & Trish in Handicap Match -The feud ends! Edge def. Kane -Forgone conclusion. Shelton Benjamin def. Ri Flair -Shelton continues his hot streak, presumably leading into the IC Title tournament... Tajiri def. Jonathan Coachman -He better!
Hoodle, though it's a confession that could get us lynched around here, I'm a huge HBK mark also. I've read nothing that indicates he'll be retiring anytime soon, just a matter of how much longer he can go on. Like Benoit, Angle et al, HBK is one bad bump away from being this generations Dynamite Kid.
*World Heavyweight Championship Match (Triple Threat) -Benoit(c) vs. HHH vs. Michaels PICK: CHRIS BENOIT (pins HBK - it is in Canadaland all after)
*Intercontinental Championship Match (Hardcore rules) -Orton(c) vs. Cactus Jack PICK: Foley/Cactus/Dude Love (Foley can't lose 2wice to Randman surely)
*Women's Championship Match -Victoria(c) vs. Lita PICK: Victoria (Lita we fought wood beat Molly and did not so she not win here)
*2 on 1 match -Jericho vs. Christian/Trish Stratus PICK: CHRIS JERICHO (he gets his pin on Slut)
-Edge vs. Kane PICK: EDGE (Kane = serial jobber and Edge always wins or seem to man)
-Benjamin vs. Flair PICK: RIC FLAIR (Benjamin can't beat all Evo can he? Unless he do and gets destroyed back to Heat by Batista)
-Tajiri vs. Coachman PICK: TAJIRI (Coach must get beat even with SnowNinja maybe help him)
I want to change one of my predictions - I think Flair will beat Benjamin, but make him look fantastic in the process. This will allow Evolution to win all their matches except for HHH, who loses yet again (did I just say that?), giving Evolution a reason to oust him and send him off to make movies. (yay!)
I'm going to play devil's advocate here, though, it's also possible that Foley will beat Orton, if WWE plans on extending this fued a little bit, maybe concluding in a Hell in a Cell match or something, with Orton getting the ultimate victory over Foley. (In which case, I see not reason why Flair should beat Benjamin) I think this scenario is less likely, however.
I also failed to predict the Kane/Edge match - so I'll do that here. Edge will win by pinfall, but there will be some botched interference on Johnny Nitro's part.
BTW, I see shades of a very immature Chris Jericho in this Nitro kid. Can't wait to see what he develops into.
World Heavyweight Championship 3-Way Benoit retains, with a win over Michaels (since Trips tapped last time). This causes Fish Boy to snap and go heel.
I-C Match Orton retains, using Barbie against Foley.
Women's match Victoria retains (at least I hope she does). I wouldn't mind seeing Stevie getting some measure of revenge after his off-camera dumping, though.
Handicap match Have the tag team opponents EVER won these matches? It always seems to be the single guy. Rhetorical question, don't bother answering me. Anyway, Jericho continues the trend and picks up the win.
Edge vs Kane It's Edge's return match, so I'll give the nod to him. Kane's downward spiral continues.
Shelton Benjamin vs Ric Flair Flair gives the rub to Benjamin, making the kid look more like future PPV main event material.
Tajiri vs Coachman Coach wins with an assist from Al Snow. Akio and Sakoda thank their lucky stars that they're still on SD!/Velocity.
Triple Threat Match Benoit(c) vs. HHH vs. Michaels (I thought this was supposed to be a ladder match by the time it got to the PPV?) Benoit, for the reasons stated in the rest of this thread.
IC Title Semi-Hardcore Match (Evolution banned from ringside) -Randy Orton(c) vs. Foley/Cactus Jack Orton, Might be a hard match to plan out. Orton has to be made a star, but Foley shouldn't be manhandled. If Foley does win the belt, he might vacate it, as mentioned, but I think Orton should keep the belt and feud with Shelton.
Jericho vs. Christian and Trish Jericho makes Trish tap.
Edge vs. Kane Another hard match to plan. Kane shouldn't be jobbed out to Edge after being buried (ha) by Undertaker at WM. Kane is not nearly the unstoppable monster he once was. Edge shouldn't be outright destroyed either. Kane wins by Nitro interference, setting up THE FEUD OF THE CLONES.
Shelton Benjamin vs. Flair Benjamin continues his winning streak.
Women's Match Victoria(c) vs. Lita Lita nearly kills Victoria, and still wins the belt. Victoria hasn't been on RAW lately, Lita has. Lita wins. Its weird that they went with a Face vs Face PPV match.
Tajiri vs. The Coach SHENANIGANS. In the same vein of the women's match we have a Heel vs Heel match... oh yeah, Tajiri (and most everybody else) who got traded in the Draft Lottery got a face/heel change. Heel Coach is awesome, and its just filler for a pretty good looking PPV. Its not like Coach is feuding with Benoit for the title. (Which is happening on Smackdown...) Benoit vs Coach? I should be getting offers from Vince to write for RAW now... Tajiri wins the match.
Possible Match: La Resistance vs Hurricane/Rosey Well it would make sense to make this the opener, or on Heat. They need a tag team match somewhere on this card I suppose. The tag team division is SO diluted. Hurricane/Rosey win due to Eugence interference. Eugene GETS REVENGE for the death of the Easter Bunny. Hurrah.
Its a pretty soild card, for being a Brand-specific PPV. Still don't think I'll pay 35 bucks for it. If I had a faster conenction I would pay for the webcast. But alas. Still, it is the closest I have came to ever buying a Brand-specific PPV.
You really should seriously consider that faster connection - I order the webcasts - they're all half-price! That'll make up the money that you spend for the faster connection right there. (Plus, you'll have a faster connection!)
Also, if you have a video card, you can hook your computer up to your TV set and you can see the webcast on your nice big TV. It's really neat (and cheap!).
6) Orton/Foley -> Orton survives with title. This is no holds barred. I say it goes to back and Batista attacks Foley (remember no Evolution at ringside). Leads to pin.
7) Triple threat match (take 2) -> Very tough one. I would go with Benoit, but I would not be surprised if it is in very controversial fashion.
Man, and here I thought that after WrestleMania XX I'd go back to not caring about PPVs. Hey, WWE has done one hell of hype job for this show. Too bad no amount of hype in the world is gonna' make me wanna' see Eddie Guerrero vs. motherfucking BRADSHAW next month! But, let's just focus on the positives for right now (ie: this show).
World Heavyweight Title Triple Threat Match Chris Benoit (c) vs Shawn Michaels vs Triple H WWE isn't so stupid that they're gonna' take the title away from Benoit just yet (knocks on wood). Since Triple H was a good boy and did the job last month, that means it's Michaels' turn. WINNER: Chris Benoit via making Shawn Michaels tap out
No Holds Barred Intercontinental Title Match Randy Orton vs Cactus Jack Again, WWE ain't stupid enough to have the retired wrestler go over the man they've been pushing like a motherfucker for the past year. WINNER: Randy Orton via pinfall
Handicap Match Chris Jericho vs Christian & Trish Stratus Christian got the win last month, so.... WINNER: Chris Jericho via submission
Shelton Benjamin vs Ric Flair Part of me wants to go with Benjamin, but another part wants to go with Flair. I'll go with logic and say... WINNER:Shelton Benjamin via pinfall
Edge vs Kane Normally, I'd go with Edge since he just returned. However, I'm thinking that they want to extend this feud until Bad Blood (god help us all). Therefore, I see Johnny Nitro getting announced as guest referee at the last minute, and then DQ'ing Edge after he uses the cast. WINNER: Kane via DQ
Women's Title Match Victoria (c) vs Lita I think that deep down, Vince has been wanting to give Lita the belt. However, Lita has been HORRENDOUS in the ring, and has seemed to have NO passion whatsoever for her job ever since returning, so we'll go with my favorite and yours: WINNER: Victoria via pinfall
Tajiri vs Jonathan Coachman I SOOOOOOOO want to say Tajiri, but part of me sees Coach pulling out the win here (probably via interferance by Al Snow). I'll go out on a limb and say... WINNER: Jonathan Coachman via pinfall
Will the triple-threat be able to top WrestleMania? Will any extra matches be added to the PPV tomorrow on Heat? Will Matt Hardy at least get a backstage appearance this month? Will Tajiri actually job to the motherfucking Coach? And just what does the Penguin have in store for Batman and his life partner Robin? Find out tomorrow. Same bat-time, same bat-channel.
The answer to WWE's financial problems...
Never 'Wiener of the Day', and is actually quite bitter about it.
I was sorta hoping the lights would stay off all night. Made an interestive visual, like the old days when I would go to the houseshows before they had a thousand lights everywhere.
