Not so much as a great Episode but more of one that will help build stuff up for the future. Vic's wife getting with the dude is just great and you know Vic is gonna kick his ass soon. Look how many story lines they got going this year though Tevon getting better , Acavados rape and recovery, the granny rapist with Dutch trying to outsmart him, the decoy squad, the whole Gillian saga with Danny. Plus you know the shits going to hit the fan with the money train. Line of the night "Get some clothes on, get out and find a better taste in men."
The thing I enjoy about this show and this season in particular is that they routinely allude to the other storylines, even if it's just a brief mention. (i.e. Tavon's condition) It keeps the other plotlines in the back of your mind, even when they have to take a break for a week or two.
A good building-block episode for the rest of the season and a little easier to watch than last week's. I'm actually thankful that we got a little break in the action after the last 2 weeks of intense drama.
Missed it last night, thank God for weekend replays.
One question: Did Vic's daughter play any role in this one? I get the feeling she's being molested by the tutor, with his ex possibly being an enabler. Real curious to see how it plays out.

No real mention of Cassidy, but the tutor is having fun with Vic's wife. I don't know what they're doing with her. The actress who plays her is Michael Chiklis's real daughter. She's a little off, but I'm wondering if we'll ever find out why (other than the divorce).
I really liked how Shane bonded with the gay prostitute. It cracked me up how opposed he was to being a decoy, and then when they started to talk about cars, he opened up.
I'm waiting for Aceveda to see a mugshot of the guy who raped him. I'd like to see what he does with the information. Remember, the guy who raped him is the same guy who beat the crap out of Vic and took his money in episode 2.
Gravity is a contributing factor in nearly 73 percent of all accidents involving falling objects.

I got the same exact vibe that something was going on with her and the tutor. The guy is just creepy.
Aceveda is already losing it: not going home, pushing his wife away when she was rubbing his chest, looking at mugshots...he's gonna crack.
Now with the team knowing the list of marked bills is in Aceveda's safe in his office - it will be interesting to see everything play out: the marked bills vs the cell phone pic (which you KNOW is gonna show up somewhere).

Forget the marked bills, Mackey gets his hands on that picture and Aceveda is his bitch for life. It's not only a matter of embarrassment, but could result in hindering proscecution or obstruction charges since he said he never really got a good look at them and it wasn't worth pursuing.

I have an Apex TV and DVD player, and I've never had any problems with either of them. In fact, I love the TV. It's a 24 in. stereo model that I got on sale for about $175. I recommend the Apex models, even if Grimis has had problems with the company.
