Anybody here still watching TNA? It was quite an impressive show tonight, though I admit my opinion is skewed by the fact that I've recently become a huge Amazing Red fan (after seeing some of his matches in RoH, especially against Low Ki). The return of Chris Daniels and Low Ki was also VERY good. As I said, I recently got to see some of their stuff in the early RoH, and they were f-ing awesome working together. Russo was on a bit more than I'd like, but they advanced the storyline with Raven and AJ well, though Russo never did bother explaining why AJ and Raven weren't in the tournament. Sting's promo was kinda eh, but it's cool that he'll be around next week. Abyss is, in my opinion, the best big man in the industry today, and "the Truth" is, well, "the Truth." Throw in Raven and AJ to up the chaos factor and I can't wait to tune in next week. JJ didn't hog the camera this week, just cutting a promo where he rambles about beating up 9,000 people in Mexico at once. Jeff Jarrett, Supervillain. Only the great Vampire Hunter/Superhero/Mexican Wrestler SANTO can save us! 3 Live Crew vs. Naturals was kinda pointless, since Konnan did the sudden appearance halfway through the match for nothing. Killed the drama there. Real good hype leading up to next week, too; Amazing Red vs. Sabin for the X Title and Raven/Styles/Killings/Abyss in a 4-way elimination match. And Russo will be there with his annoying Joisey accent, but hey, it's still better than the other shows out there.

I think alot of the people here only watch WWE. I wish I could see NWA because it was a good show and a diference from WWE. I wish I could get tapes from someone or somewhere.

Unfortunately, I really TRIED to be a supporter of TNA, but things have just gotten so nonsensical in terms of storylines that it's hard to keep supporting them. What does it say when this week has been one of their worst outings and you can't even blame Jeff Jarrett, because he wasn't even on the show?!

The final X-Division mayhem couldn't redeem the show. 3 Live Kru has completely run its course and it's time for a breakup. Kid Kash had huge potential and his relationship with Abyss should have been the next HBK/Diesel partnership. Now Kash is going nowhere and reminds me of Christian (that's NOT a good thing). And as an aside, TNA does get extra credit for continuity regarding the Kash/Trinity falling out.

Abyss is now reminding me of Vader in more ways than one. Not only is he the best working big man in the world, but his fed is failing to strike while the iron is hot, much like the WWF did for Vader back in '96. The time to push Abyss is NOW!

Speaking of not striking while the iron is hot, is TNA dropping the ball with Raven, or what? They had a perfectly good "guy chasing his destiny" storyline, like Eddie Guerrero's, but they threw in all the Vince Russo nonsense and Raven's face/heel ambiguity and his face pops have absolutely DIED, compared to what he got before.

I want to support an alternative as much as the next guy, but this fed has problems.

Hey, I'd like to watch it more but I can't justify paying $10 Bucks a week for a show. And don't bring up the only 3 hour WWE PPV's for 35+ because I don't buy those every month either.

On the flip side I am SOOO there for WWE 24/7.

I've been all for TNA since day 1, but I'll admit it started sucking ass for a while. It finally seems as if they're starting to push some more guys to the main event scene. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Chris Harris walk out of this whole mess with the Heavyweight title. He's a homegrown star (like AJ Styles) and is a damn good worker.

I'm liking the whole Raven "tweener" role ... he was getting really stale as a face. As far a Kid Kash goes, put the guy back into the X division, feuding for the title.

I'm pretty sure that if more people around here were watching TNA the Jeff Jarrett and Vince Russo bashing would make Triple H almost look like a saint. If TNA fails Jarrett and Russo's egos will be the biggest reason why as they've been strangling the company's growth for some time now.

I watch TNA and enjoy it, but it's mostly just because of Low Ki, Daniels, and AJ. TNA seems to really let thier guys do more in the ring and it makes for better matches, but yeah, other than that there's a lot of crap but I still watch to see the guys that I like, but then again, I don't pay for it, if i did i probably wouldn't watch anymore.

And they definitely have NOT dropped the ball with Raven, maybe right now they've kind of stumbled but his feuds with Mitchell and the Gathering have been the best stuff over the past year.

3 Live Kru all sucks, including Killings, I wouldn't care if I never saw any of them again. I agree that Kash/Abyss could've been the next great big man/little man tag team.

Who are the "no-names" in the next America's Cup?

OK, I'll admit that TNA has declined somewhat, especially with the recent invasion of the Juggalos (easily some of the worst crowds I've seen in wrestling ... dead silent for anything not involving ICP). But honestly, I think they've bottomed out and are starting to improve again. I'd hardly say Abyss is being wasted, as he just finished an awesome series with AJ Styles (not that it's hard to wrestle a good series of matches with a guy like Styles) and is in that massive 4-way dance next week. He's just not ready for a title run yet, but I imagine by the time Jarrett finally gets toppled and another face can take over, Abyss can make a solid title run.

Kid Kash actually has gotten involved in a storyline, being paired up with a rather large fellow that looks to be his cousin or something. I agree that Kash would be a great X-star, but I like him better as a bratty version of Bob Holly's "Big Shot" gimmick. All he has to do is make Borash announce him at 400 lbs and shave his head. With his new oversized buddy, he becomes quite the credible contender in the tag division (which puts WWE's to shame, on either show ... not that that's hard).

I admit that Russo is annoying as hell, but at least since he's started booking the storylines have a point now (I think they must've been between bookers for awhile, as the whole show looked to be on a holding pattern). Chris Harris was nobody to me a few months ago, but now I'm quite impressed what he and Russo have done with his push. It's the usual "Rocky" storyline, complete with Harris "going the distance" against Jarrett before losing to a guitar to the head, so he can lick his wounds and get ready for another shot. And as Mayhem said, he's a homegrown talent.

And of course, can't forget AMAZING RED ...

I like all the brawling and most of the other out of ring stuff but the most important thing is that all of the wrestling was good, which has been rare for TNA lately.
