I'm really getting desperate here as Wrestlemania is drawing closer and I have nowhere to watch it. I was wondering if anyone familiar with the DC area would know of a sports bar that would be showing it. I'd really appreciate it.

Hey don't worry. You aren't as desperate as I am. I even asked in my column for people to watch with.

I called my best guess, ESPN SportZone, and they're not showing it.

Also I actually got an e-mail from some guys at American University who say they watch the replay with a big crowd and you would only owe a couple bucks. If you live near there it might be a good idea.

I checked out both Howard U and GW, which are both not too far away from mme, but I couldn't find a PPV group at either one of them.

Good luck. I'd invite you over but the wife would like that. Plus my place is a mess. Plus I don't know you

They don't have a listing for DC, but you might want to check out the surrounding area to see if you can find something nearby enough to get to.

OK, the only place that's remotely close to DC is the Cornerstone Grill in College Park. It looks like it's about 2 miles from the second to last Green Line stop in Northern P.G. County. here's a map. The little train to the Southwest of the star is the metro stop. The other ones are MARC stops.

You might see me there.

Moe

I think those Bars associated with the WWF Blast Area, you have to pay a $5 to $20 cover charge. I'm sure there is a bar in D.C. that is showing the WM18 FREE, check your local chat lines.

Wow, I'm ALMOST tempted to go see this at Hooters in Pacific Beach, just to see how the stoner marks react to seeing Hogan -v- Rock.

This is an event that might go over better in a room full of marks...

I believe "dress casual" is recommended, but I don't think they turn away people with tickets who are wearing their rasslin' shirts and jorts.
