Man, that must suck, his ego deflating like that probably created a sunami!
Not everybody, they just stopped when they had enough for Hatch.

When they had the disclaimer, I sat and watched and didnt catch what was said, so I had to rewind and listen. He stood there and said "YOu want some of this baby" to Sue, which I guess is the closest to a woman he ever said that too. I cant wait until next week when she spazzed on Jeff Probst!

Rob isn't backing everything up. He barely survived Colby going in a split second before him, and he also barely beat Ethan. He was also so reckless on the beam, and I think very lucky in that challenge. I like Rob and all, but he is too conceited even after that performance.
They had me going there. I thought that Colby was gone. Credit the Survivor editors with fooling some of us; they really do it well.
I could have sworn that Sue was actually trying to grab Rich's "hatch." I thought that was what Jeff was talking about when he chided them. And after seeing previews for next week, it looks like I'll have even more reason to hate Sue more than I've hated anyone on Survivor EVER!
Damn you WWE for making me change my sig. I'm sure you have good enough reasons to get rid of Shannon, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Let me thus be the first to say: BRING BACK DAFFNEY!
well this sucks...if you like hatch...i find him the most entertaining on the show. i mean Boston rob is funny but his cockiness doesn't do it for me like Richard's. i like Rupert, he's pretty funny but the "real" peeps that make me genuinely laugh are already ousted:Rudy, rob c, rich. i was also hoping for some Rupert/hatch interaction at some point but looks like thats out the window.
hopefully big drunk tom, B rob, and Rupert last for awhile cause there my fav's for now. i liked Colby in Australia cause he was really competitive but thus far has shown me not too much. Ethan i want out NOW not so much he's a bad guy, but he's a pretty good guy. good guys on these shows i don't find entertaining. being a dick is where its at in my opinion. thats what keeps me watching (exception Rupert, he rocks cause he looks like the great Bruiser Brody)
Fuckin' rights, I already got half a fuckin' buzz on

I thought Ethan beat him in that challenge?

I thought it would be a 4-3 vote with either of them on the losing end. I was surprised it was everyone voting for Hatch.

I'd still like to see her and Jerri make it to the merge. CBS could market that episode as Survivor: Battle of the bitches.
Patriots win another Super Bowl. So much for that idea of a "Curse of Jim Plunkett" book.
I had my suspicions that Rich would be gone as soon as they told him to take Ethan for their team (Ethan/Lex is an obvious alliance). I'm surprised he didn't see the writing on the wall. The editing later threw me for a loop, but I really didn't think Colby would leave this early.
As far as I'm concerned, Rob is backing up his bragging. He is the most consistent player out there. One thing I still can't believe is that they voted out Rob C. instead of Sue. Mind boggling.
Maybe the Sue/Rich altercation is what brings about real life lawsuits after the show is over. Guess we'll find out soon. For the record, Rich was one of the best characters on the show.
I was/am a Richard fan so I'm sad to see him go, but also I hate Boston Rob. He annoys me to the point where I just want him off my screen, he drawing X-pac heat IMO. I miss Rich and the show will not be as good without him.

Ethan is actually much more interesting on this show than he was in his first go-around because of the giant "Hey, I'm a Winner!" target on his back. He was marked for doom in the very first episode, but he's managed to stay alive to the point where he's the only former winner still in the game. If he lasts to the merge, he might actually have a shot at repeating.
Richard Hatch...this game was really a no-lose proposition for him. He'll always be known as the first 'master' of Survivor, so even though he must've known that he had little chance of winning, the fact that everyone voted him out gives Rich the out of claiming that 'they wanted to eliminate me out of respect.' Which, in fact, is true. It's like the Big Show in the Royal Rumble....everyone else teamed up to eliminate the most dangerous opponent. I hated Rich in the first show, but grew to love his pompous attitude the second time around...killing that shark was one of the coolest things I've ever seen on Survivor.
Wait…if it’s MLK Jr. Day AND Pat Patterson’s Birthday…who gets the token win here?-- Matt "Excalibur05" Hocking on a match between Mark Henry and Rico
MH: What’s a clever way to say that I have a penis? CJ: Uh…Mark, nobody’s going to buy that shirt. MH: How about if I say that I’ve got…a…uh…? CJ: Coming up with T-Shirt ideas is hard Mark, why not leave it to the WWE marketing department. MH: I know! I’ve got it! CJ: Got what? MH: Stank! That’s Mah Stank! I’m gonna make a fortune!! CJ: “That’s Mah Stank”? MH: On the front it’ll say “Can You Smell It?” and on the back it’ll say “That’s Mah Stank”. Everybody’ll buy it because they’ll think it’s a Rock shirt. CJ: You know…you might be on to something there, sad to say. MH: I can’t wait to show mah stank to Trish.
You know, I have a feeling that Spanky didn’t quit, he was fired. Why? So they could repackage Mark Henry as “Stanky.” Think about THAT! --Matt "Excalibur05" Hocking, 1/19/04 Raw Satire

I can't agree with this at all. He's a damn blowhard that's giving Boston a worse name than it already owns.
Well, from what we were shown, he pretty much won the IC on his own. His tribe deferred to him, allowing Boston Rob to be the only one playing for his team. I don't think that he "barely" beat Ethan and Colby is the issue.
His skill and knowledge won the shelter building challenge as well. Again, it's the editing we're getting from Mark Burnett, so who knows what the real story may be. From what we're seeing, though, Boston Rob is gonna be a major player in All-Star Survivor.
I'm not normally big on guys who talk a big game, but to this point, he's getting it done.
Originally posted by dunkndollazJerri really played Richard - I almost believed she could act. No loss losing Saboga - Jenna is now very expendable.
And can the Robfather love himself anymore than he already does ?
I don't think Jerri played Richard (well I guess she did to a certain extent, you have to in this game), I think she would have voted Colby out in a second if she could have gotten a majority to go along. Jerri not only has personal reasons to vote Colby, but she actually had a good point when she said it was not in her best interest to be stuck with a bunch a guys that will kick her ass in challenges down the road.
I think what happen is Kathy just let Shii-Ann and Jerri know that she was still going to vote Richard in order for Shii-Ann and Jerri to not be left hanging out to dry. It makes no sense for Jerri or anybody else to vote Colby if they know they don't have the votes to actually get him out.
I think the girls may have made a mistake here. As I said, Jerri was right about being the guys. Also, as is made clear next week, whatever Shii-Ann has with Colby, it's NOT an alliance. I suspecting that Kathy really doesn't have much of an alliance with Lex or Colby either. Also, Colby called a shot and Lex immediately went along with it, so clearly they DO have an alliance. Given Lex and Ethan have been alliance partners before, it would seem that it may be safe to assume they are in an alliance as well. So the girls have know positioned themselves almost to the point that they now either have to band together for a 3 on 3 showdown, or one of them can join Lex/Colby/Ethan and become the clear 4th wheel of that alliance.

I give Boston Rob the most credit. He has been the standout player of the game so far. His tribe looks much better organized than the other tribes. Also even if he was credited with a loss vs. Ethan, check the replay to see that Ethan hit the water first after getting spiked into the side of the pool.
Colby put himself in a bad situation. The 3 girls already have their own alliance and Colby just has a 2 person alliance with Lex. Ethan won't trust Colby at all.
Last Friday night Boston Rob and Amber were eating dinner with friends in Philly at the Mexican Post on Chestnut Street so spoiler readers can take that for whatever it means.
