I saw the second half of Home Movies and Space Ghost before I passed out for the night. Between the New Year's lineup and what I saw last night, Adult Swim has been hitting home runs lately.

Home Movies: The skit completely ripping on the counselors was EXCELLENT. "You'd better keep the car running..."

Space Ghost: "...banging you in the @$$." followed by "Please Stand By". I was rolling! (Boy did my wife get pissed that I was watching this...)

I passed out during Space Ghost, but very luckily woke up for the 3AM replay of Sealab. Michael Goz, son of Harry Goz, debuted as Tornado Shanks, an overbearing football coach who is allegedly the new captain of Sealab. I immediately thought of the football coach from Saving Silverman. Seems like people are either *really* loving it, or *really* hating it. I think it's awesome.

I did like the coach on sealab, but how much more can you do with a charecter like that? Also like how they tore message boards a new one with coach's little speech at the end of the show. I heard these guys like to bash the internet sometimes.

Space ghost was the funniest I've seen in a long time. The whole bang thing was awesome, although the retardo song was kind of strange, not to mention sound like bizarro.

I saw home movies for like the second time ever. That was so fricking funny when they bashed the counselors at the end. I missed part of it, what was the whole coach running away from the hooded people about?

Aqua teens was funny as hell as usual, and some show named mission hill that I've never seen before was all right to.

Mission Hill (along with the Oblongs) is a WB cartoon from their primetime lineup about 2-3 seasons ago.

I'm *sooooooo* not digging the Tornado Shanks character. I'm not sure how much more than can get out of it, but if he's a permanent addition, they've gotta cut back on all the football stuff, because it's gonna get old real quick.

I still would have liked them to get George Lowe (voice of Space Ghost) to take over Murphy.

Tornado Shanks did nuttin fer me.

Space Ghost, however, was the funniest I've ever seen. Triumph. "Warming your dreams with man urine." The "banging" joke. "Sister Mary Moltar." Singing "Hey Retardo" to "Desperado." And they killed Lassie. Painfully funny stuff.

I missed a few Aqua Teen shows, so I don't know who the reincarnated cow was supposed to be. He was on the supervillain episode recently as a worm though. Who was he originally?

The cow who went by the rapper alias of Sir Loin was originally a giant diaper wearing spider named MC Pee Pants, probably named after and voiced by one of the Williams street writers Chris Ward who also goes by the alias of MC Chris, his rap persona. MC Pee Pants was a Dr. Weird experiment and he made albums Meatwad listened to basically trying to put into effect a similar plot such as last night's episode. He went to hell which is why he was reincarnated by Satan as a cow.

Adult Swim was hitting on all cylinders last night. That was definitely one of the greatest blocks ever (I know Brak's canceled, so I'm glad they re-ran my favorite episode of that show).

I really liked the Tornado Shanks character, and I'm going to wait and see before I start saying "They can't do anything else with him." Besides, if they can't even keep Sealab as an underwater research facility every episode, they're probably not going to have Tornado Shanks as a football coach the whole time. I liked that they got Harry's son to do the voice.

That was definitely one of the best Space Ghost episodes also. It led me to my brand new sig.

Santa Sangre--McGuirk accidentally joined an all-male cult called the Crywalkers because he just thought it was a free camping trip. When they tried to hug him and get him to emote, he ran. As you saw, he ended up emoting at the end anyway.

Now I am not a huge fan of Home Movies, but last night's episode was amazing. All the storylines worked and then came together for the mother of all climaxes. My faith is somewhat restored in hoping that HM stays this great.

I have not watched too many episodes of Space Ghost, so I can easily say that that was my favorite episode of C2C ever. Everything clicked and Triumph was a fun guest. And did I hear Moltar say "Shit?"

It was actually Aqua Teen and Sealab that didn't do much for me, and that is amazing for me. I don't want that football coach around all season; it will get old very quickly. The Brak rerun was awesome as always.

Damn you WWE for making me change my sig. I'm sure you have good enough reasons to get rid of Shannon, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Let me thus be the first to say: BRING BACK DAFFNEY!

Are they finishing up Aqua Teen Hunger Force? I noticed that the episode last week with all the enemies is entitled "The Last One" on their episode guide (adultswim.com), which kinda jibes with Steven giving his "two weeks' notice" in the episode where Frylock moved out.

Also, how do I suddenly know so much about this show...

Thanks guys. I do think I may have CM Punk autograph his baby creeper for her. As for the insurance, hopefully not that bad and I may be able to see Avengers on Sunday. Maybe. Thanks again.
