54-40 has a new album out? And their new single debuts at #10 on the prestigious Feely top forty? Hooray!
I am really sick and tired of "The Hardest Button to Button", "Hey Ya", and "Stacy's Mom". All great songs ruined by overplay. Blah.
The slow rise of Sloan's "The Rest of My Life" is really intriguing. It's the catchiest song of 2003. And by the time it cracks Feely's top 10 I'm gonna be sick of it due to overplay. God I hate radio and the bastards responsible for it.

Dude, I'm pretty sure it was #1 back in like July.
The only thing I enjoy more than doing the crossword puzzle is actually finishing it.

Doh! Ummmmm ... how about that catchy Sloan song? Still holding on in the top 40 despite peaking in the summer? Even rising a few points every week when all the other pretenders have long dropped off? No?
54-40's album has been out a while, "Wish I Knew" is the second single, and came a while after the first, "Animal In Pain". And yes, Sloan WAS #1 back in July.
