Could there be a worse movie premise than the one for "40 Days, 40 Nights"? Who the hell wants to watch a movie about some jackass who gives up sex for lent? Is not having sex for a little over a month some kind of great feat that I'm not aware of?
Any other "could there be a worse...?" for any of you?

Who celebrates Lent, anyway... I'm not sure. If he's Catholic, then he's not supposed to be having sex outside of marriage anyway. Which would make it an even dumber premise than it already is. I agree... when I see that commercial, I feel like either I'm some sort of paragon of self-control, or the screenwriters must be mega-pimped out.

You realize that since you asked, there will probably be many many movies even worse than that one for the remainder of the year. You have doomed us all.
I read a review of the movie and they say one of his friends make it known to everyone that he wants to hold out and now all these hot chicks are testing his will. I don't know if I could hold out for 40 days under those circumstances. Also, the commercials make it look like a lighthearted comedy, but the review said there is a shitload of sex and nudity in it(so at least it has 1 redeeming value!)

Yes.
Sorority Boys.
Click Here for the trailer. Remember, this is the answer to a question YOU asked, so any pain inflicted as a direct result of viewing this footage is on you.
And for the record, the female lead in 40 Days, Shannon Sossamon, is one of the most beautful women in Hollywood right now.

I think we need to have a review session on how to identify rhetorical questions. :-)
Sorority Boys? That is absolutely amazing...in such a negative way.

Along with sarcasm.

Isn't it, though? How many more times is Hollywood going to revisit this concept before it realizes it DOES NOT work, with Bosom Buddies being the one exception?
“Shaq has found big-screen success to be as elusive as good calls in Sacramento...” Ahem. There are plenty of good calls in Sacramento. Good calls favoring the Lakers are another thing entirely.
