I was really hopping the video tape was Jericho beating HHH two years ago, but the scene of Jericho putting HHH's torn leg into the Walls of Jericho works too. Maybe Jericho's thing should be show tapes of HHH losing to him. Granted those are few and far between thanks to the wonderful glass ceiling of HHH Incorporated.

I was reading another story via Lords of Pain saying how the WWF is really unsure if the NWO will be around after Wrestlemania. They are also blamed for some of the missed spots the wrestlers had last week. Does this make any sense to anyone? Granted, I loath the NWO, but I don't see how these guys should be blamed for everything that is going wrong in the WWF. Hell, they got Smackdown a huge rating point that put UPN in third place on Thursday nights. I'm sure the buyrate for No Way Out was better than average as well. Even Hogan/Rock's segment got the highest rating on Raw last week, if anything they are helping the business. I also find it hard to believe that the WWF is not going to throw X-Pac into the NWO. Jesus, he's a perfect fit for the group. He has a past history with the group, they need someone who can actually work a match and he is the token cruiserweight for this group. Plus, he has automatic heat with the fans. I just don't get this.

On another item, why are they not using Shawn Michaels. I know everyone fears the clique's return, but there are guys in the back who will put it down. I think Taker, APA, Jericho and Austin are looking for an excuse just to shoot fight with these guys. Shawn is one of the best wrestlers ever in the WWF, he deserves a match at Wrestlemania. Edge isn't doing anything throw him with Shawn and a ladder. Thats all you need. If Shawn is under contract and can work, let him. Its a stupid business pratice to pay guys to sit on their ass when they can work. X-Pac and Shawn can work let them.

A Fan- 3 weeks to Wrestlemania in New York.

I don't know from Lords of Pain, but I don't think the NWO angle has long-term potential. I think it should be a temporary measure until the WWF figures out how exactly to manage its roster.

I'm a little disappointed that the nWo has turned into just another heel stable, as opposed to the *POISON* Vince said they'd be.

So what kind of poison do people want? Is costing Austin the Undisputed Title, smashing Rock in the head with a hammer, trying to kill Rock with a semi, and smashing a cinderblock over Austins knee not poison enough? I just don't see what they could be doing that they aren't.

So what kind of poison do people want?

I dont know, when Vince went on that little tirade to himself talking about destroying his own company with the poison that is the nWo, I thought bringing them in would mean more that just having 2 new guys to feud with Austin and Rock.

Ok, so let's say Hall and Hogan totally demolish Austin and Rocky at WrestleMania. Then what? I'm not sure that has much to do with destrying anything.

Look, I'm not hating on the nWo or their angle at all, it's just nothing close to the all-encompassing(sp?) "turn the entire WWF upside-down" event Vince made them out to be (not to mention their impact in WCW).

Someone else said they like Hogan's more laid back promo style, but to me its a little boring. It makes it harder to hate Hogan if he's not doing the "what cha gonna do" attitude, IMHO. I hope the more the NWO dominate, the more we will see all their old WCW schtick (including the surveys!) I guess they just need to add more members first, and X-Pac is going to be necessary at some point. Hall and Nash being serious is cool, but Hogan just seems literally bored with the whole thing. SO I was somewhat disappointed by RAW last night.

I liked the Jazz-Molly match. I think a monster womens champ is exactally what they need. Just bring in another monster to fight her and stop her from injuring her next opponent, or some new kind of diva with wrestling skills. And NO, it should not be Chyna. (By the way what happened to Trish?)

Can HBK really go? Has he really wrestled since he's been "retired"? I highly doubt he can be a full time wrestler, and even if he could (somewhat) go, he'll be a shell of his former self. And a ladder match?! There's no way Shawn would agree to that w/ his back's condition, and I wouldn't blame him 1 bit.

I'm still reserving judgment on the NWO angle, but I can say is that it isn't nearly as bad as I was afraid it would be.

The angle is problematic from the get-go because although they're sold as a "poison" that will kill fan interest, in reality that's the last thing the WWF would really want to have happen, so instead we get a typical heel stable. Well, not really a stable at this point, just a three-man tag team.

Not to sound like a wunnabe smark, but I wanted to see Kurt vs. Jericho in wrestlemania. At first the croud was booing. Then they started cheering for Kurt (especially after a near fall at the end). HHH vs. Jericho is going to be boring. HH use to be a psychology wrestler. After coming back from his injury, he's a power wrestler. Like we need anymore of those kind. Wrestlemania is looking really ZZZZZzzzz.

Um, Molly _is_ a diva with wrestling skills. Just wedged into a one-joke gimmick from several months ago that's still going on, that's all.

We want equal-opportunity nWo poison that gladly administers beatdowns to WWF faces AND heels.

We want nWo poison that alternately strongarms/sweet-talks other wrestlers (preferably titleholders) into joining their evil band of cutthroats.

We want nWo poison that provokes heavy negative vibes and subsequent physical confrontations from their old WCW brethren like Booker and Big Show.

They should start there. Notice that none of this involves any of the three fossils actually getting in the ring and having a match. (BIG mistake, that.)

so ... What does everybody want? Besides the obvious first choice -- WE WANT POISON!

Isn't this whole "The NWO is poison" thing nothing but old WWF propoganda? Didn't they actually *help* the WCW surpass WWF in the ratings at one time? Do you really think Vince would allow the NWO in if they were *really* nothing but poison?

And yes, I agree they should be doing what you say- but I think you've got to give them more time. After all, they've really only been around for a little over a week!

Well, yeah, Vince wouldn't have brought the nWo into the Federation if he really thought they'd be poison.

But I think the point Shea was trying to make is, in WCW the nWo beat on everyone who wasn't with them-- regardless of whether they were face or heel. That's part of what made them so dangerous. So far in the WWF, the nWo has only attacked the two biggest faces in the fed-- Austin and Rock.

Not that I'm personally complaining, though. I'm still enjoying seeing them on TV. I'd actually like to see Hall wrestle, although I know Nash and Hogan's workrate will be far lower than the WWF norm. But I'm willing to give all three of them a chance, just because it's good to see the nWo back on television.

And I wasn't even down with the black-and-white at any point in WCW.

A week? Christ, so it only FEELS like they've been around for months?

Austin dragging around a tied-up Scott Hall -- that felt like a whole week right there!

It only matters if they poll people and charge a fee like American Idol or something. Public company or not, the matches are rigged, why couldn't the voting for fake matches?
