In what has to be labeled a shock, Smackdown delivered a 3.6 rating last night.

Wow. If this keeps up, SmackDown will consist of McMahon family Iron Person matches and wrestlers flinging crap at each other. Honestly, that rating amazes me.
Edit. Thanks for the title edit, no sewing occured. ;)
Apparently then, there are people who actually like watching the McMahons.. Either that or they have a desire to watch a 7 foot man being sprayed with shit. Lol.
I would have never guessed it but the Iron Sheik was right all along. "Hapewie stupid American hapewie"... I'm not even going to comment on the McMahons or the sh*t truck but I thought it was a poor showing even with the guys I do like (ie Angle and Zach).
I just don't get it at all, I can see sometimes when WWE does something crazy and gets a rating that I don't agree with. I sit back and say "I don't like it but I can see how that can grab someones attention" (ie Kane-Shane from this past Monday and talking about it over and over again)... But SD wasn't even over the top short term thinking eye-catching TV. This Thursday Smackdown was just boring and bad. So bad that even Dean R couldn't think of a WHAT WORKED ~ comment. And he always finds something interesting even if it's only in his odd imagination

1wrestling This week’s edition of Smackdown rebounded very well, doing a 3.6 broadcast rating, with a five share, according to Nielsen Media Research. That was way up from last week’s 2.9. The highest rated quarter hour of the show was from 9:15 to 9:30, where the show did a 3.8
9:15-9:30, trying to think back to SD (oooow still scary). I think that is Zach/Shannon and maybe the Benoit/APA-Bashams/Albert.
Something's wrong here...I found this past SD! to be really, really crappy. One of the worst in recent memory. Yet...it does better ratings than normal?
I would have hoped the Angle Cena "BattleRap" would be the highlight of the night, ratings wise, because it stood out as the only thing good on the show, at least in this man's eyes.
Hey Edmonton...newsflash, hotshots: YOU SUCK!
Remember, you can't spell OILERS without the words "I LOSER"
I loved the PPV, but as far as the hot MSG crowd goes... why were they so dead for the Noble/Kidman match? The only time I heard a single pop was when Kidman would go up for the Shooting Star... And man, did you see that DDT? ouch... and no response...
