That's assuming WWE will still be around by then.

Some place with a big dome, to make up for the relatively small attendance from this WrestleMania.

No doubt it'll be another dome, or at least a Safeco-sized venue...they might not be able to put 67+ in the Astrodome again, but I don't think business has fallen to the point that they can't pack 55 into a baseball stadium. If one thing is safe from this decline in business it's the fact that WrestleMania is still seen as the premier event that you just have to go to if at all possible.

Are they still planning to put SummerSlam in a stadium next year? Last I heard they were going to put it in Skydome (if there's anywhere on this continent you could draw 60 large to SummerSlam for, it's TO) to try and offset the loss in revenue from not having WM in a large venue. Anyone heard anything new on that front?

I'm holding out for Phoenix. Think of the spots you could do with access to a full-size, built-in pool at the right-field fence!! :-)

Hey..you know here in the Virginia/Washington D.C. area, the MCI Center might be a good choice...no it really can!

I think it would be awesome for them to do another outside venue like a baseball stadium (was safeco open the whole time last year?)....they always come across looking cool on TV. But of course, you have the threat of mother nature.

If I remember right, the roof was closed for the event. Of course, I wasn't paying much attention to the roof.

The sides of Safeco are opened up, so that's why it was so light for the first half of the event or so.

As for WM21, no idea. It seems a little soon for them to go back to Skydome, and they were just here for 19.

I'll go with the Metrodome in Minnesota for 500, Alex.

Molly, Stacy and Daffney all in WWE? I suddenly lost all my will to complain about anything regarding the WWE. Hope I don't lose my street cred for this.

WM X-8 was rumored to be in Tampa/St. Pete for a while, so I'm guessing that the Trop will be getting one sooner or later. Hell, half the guys live in Florida anyways. Hmmm... Spring Training and WrestleMania in the same trip sounds like a fun vacation. Unless you're my girlfriend.

Well, Vince has been wanting to go back to the AstroDome since WrestleMania 17, because the crowd there was so hot. So I'd bet on that.

You guys seems pretty confident of a dome show, and it might happen, but if buisness don't turn around they will have no choice but go back to the arenas.

I'm thinking Chicago cause it's just as hot as NYC. When i was down for 'Mania X7 they were building the new Astro-Stadium right next to the Dome and i think its finished and the SuperBowl will be there in January. I heard a rumour that Vince wanted to use it when it was finished. So if it has a roof i'd go for that.

From your lips to Vince's ear, I hope.

I would lose my shit if WM came to my town!

None of those other towns compare with us when it comes to hot crowds, on the rare occasions that the fed comes by. So Houston was loud for Rock/Hogan, who wouldn't be? Minneapolis lost their mind for everything from Albert/Funaki to the the Billy-Chuck wedding. The chants of "Shave your back!" (for Albert) and "Just say no!" (for Billy) were practically deafening.

Hogan/Rock was X-8 in Toronto.
Houston was X-7, with Austin/Rock.
