"Real" is only used in Spanish football. It means 'Royal' and is an honourific granted by the King. Real Madrid, for instance, was just Madrid until about 1915.

This is a photoshop trick? When I saw this, I thought it was real, cause you know how those Europeans kiss instead of saying 'Hello' and I thought some cameraman had a great angle for the two men greeting each other. That's pretty funny.
