I do like that even Al-Jazeera feels it necessary to mock the "mystifyingly popular" Eurovision song contest :)
But....but....without Eurovision we may never have had such musical legends as Bucks Fizz, Christina and The Waves and Dana International. How can anyone mock a contest that throws up such talent :)
This is great news ... if everyone would skim by the BBC, Drudge, ABC news and now Al Jazeera every day, maybe we could balance the various biases each organization has. Get four different takes on what is news each day and how it is covered around the globe.
This has been my constructive post of the week. Back to bitching now.
They got a mule they call Sal, bulldozing up canal walls. They're gonna tap that icecap too, And when they do they're gonna make that green map blue. And the weather is finally getting warm ...
I sent Wyden a thank you for his vote. I know it probably doesn't mean much to him (my thank you), but it (his vote) does to me. Is Dodd wacky in some way I don't know about, or is he the real deal? He seems to be one of the few that get it.
