I'm still lucky enough to get mail from people who think I still have relevance. Problem is, this appears to be written in "attorney:"

Verbatim, the letter, under the letterhead of Len Sabal, and bearing his individual signature, states:
To Addressee: "Re: NOTICE OF LIEN
Dear (recipient):
On September 11, 2002, Judgment was entered in the State of New Jersey against: (a) J Sports Entertainment, Inc., and (b) Sports Entertainment, LLC, the owners, promoters and distributors of the weekly Wednesday night pay-per-view wrestling series, "NWA-TNA: Total Non-Stop Action."
Copies of the notice of Judgment (Case SC-002619-02; VJ-006302-02), and the underlying claim as basis for the Judgment, are attached for your information.
To date, both J Sports Entertainment, Inc., and J Sports Entertainment, LLC, have refused or been unable to pay any part of the Judgment amount.
Your organization is a related third-party, in that you have collected, are holding, and/or will collect future monies paid by your cable-TV customers or satellite service subscribers in the State of New Jersey for the purchase of one or more pay-per-view exhibitions of "NWA-TNA: Total Non-Stop Action" wrestling within your distribution coverage areas in the State of New Jersey. Accordingly, this is to serve as NOTICE OF LIEN against all "NWA-TNA: Total Non-Stop Action" revenues and payments that you have collected or may collect from customers in the State of New Jersey, until such lien, including lawful interest and costs of collection has been fully satisfied. Such withheld revenues should be reported by you to your distributor(s) and or programmer(s) as normally required, but noted as withheld by you and placed in escrow until a Warrant of Satisfaction has been received by you.
It is anticipated such a Certified Warrant of Satisfaction will be filed with the State Of New Jersey within seven (7) working days following the receipt and proofing of good clear funds from either (a) J Sports Entertainment, Inc., or (b) J Sports Entertainment, LLC.
At that time, a copy of the State-filed Certified Warrant of Satisfaction will be forwarded to you releasing you of your third-party obligations.
Thank you for your kind cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, Len Sabal

It is a sad day in wrestling when a company has a lien placed on it, and Paul Heyman is not involved in the company. My, how times have changed.
Ok, so Ted Williams is decapitated now? What will his son do next, sell him to the Japanese dog food company that bought former Kentucky Derby winner Ferdinand?

If they were smart, they'd pull NXT from Hulu Plus. You can still see it there, including the Takeover specials (just not live). In fact, you can still watch ECW (the WWE version) on Hulu too, and you can't on WWE Network.
