I noticed that you have three songs from "Hot Hot Heat" in your top 20. I haven't even heard of them, what type of music is it? Rock, Rap, Hip Hop?

Thanks in advance :)

Terrible music. Nuff said. But if you like music that completely ignores melody and whose lead singer is the screechiest bitch in music, Hot Hot Heat is your thing.

I have a feeling you're thinking of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

They're a Canadian rock band whose lead singer sounds like Robert Smith on crack.

Am I the only one who thinks Canadian music is just plain better than all other forms of music? (Other than Avril Lavigne, who's dragging us all down with her).

Well, I wouldn't say Candaian music is a "form" of music, but I'll take Matt Good, Sloan, and The Dears over Limp Bizkit any day.

You kids like the rock 'n roll music? Then here's Matthew Good.

Hey Feely, what do you think of the new medicore Dashboard Confessional song "Hands Down."? They've been getting the Diesel push on MTV2.

Hey! That's the one song I've liked from that whiny guy. Though I liked the acoustic version better, this one still works for me.

Even as a proud Canadian, I must admit that there is nothing better than a good ol' Britpop song...not pop Britpop, but stuff like Blur, Pulp, Manic Street Preachers, etc.

"When this bogus term alternative rock was being thrown at every '70s retro rehash folk group, we were challenging people to new sonic ideas. If some little snotty anarchist with an Apple Mac and an attitude thinks he invented dance music and the big rock group is coming into his territory, [that's] ridiculous." - Bono, 1997
