So are we going to see the heel turn tonight from Trish or not? Personally I think it's a bit overdue--RAW needs a solid, front-and-center female heel, but I still can't convince myself that the WWE has enough sense to do this, let alone to do it right.
Any predictions?

I don't know, as long as they don't give her any more lame boyfriends, leave the ho-ing to Torrie. Just turn her into a bitchy ass kicker, and that will do fine, I think.
Frankly, I'm surprised how much they've misused Trish in recent months, so maybe a heel turn would be just the trick.
She is clearly the most over female on the roster (sorry, Steph) and is one of the most exciting workers on Raw, pretty damn consistently.
I could see her turn on Gail Kim tonight, and have her end up feuding again with a face Victoria down the road. Yeah, that sounds about right to me....

I doubt the people want to boo her and she's the only over female face they have right now. Maybe she can turn on Lita when she returns but nobody would buy a heel turn now because she'd have no opponents.
Sable is blone, blue-eyed and white and she's always been a heel. Give Trish a similar character, only allow her to just do what Ringmistress said. I'm still waiting for a female heel stable, and I think it would work with Trish as a ringleader, but I don't think we'll ever see it.

I don't see why they would want to turn Trish heel. They already have both Jazz, Molly and Victoria as heels, and Gail Kim sucks so she should drop the belt soon. So when she does drop it to a heel then what face does that heel feud with after that? Trish.
I actually would rather that if Trish were going to face Gail Kim it would be a face-face "mutual respect" thing...
As someone already stated, there are already enough heel females on RAW's roster, and unless they are going to turn Molly or Victoria face, they need someone to use for tag team matches...
A month ago there were shades of a heel turn starting up, she was on somewhat of a losing streak and the announcers claimed that she hasn't been herself lately... But that was when they had high hopes placed on Gail Kim and seeing how the Gail experiment/push hasn't gone as well as they expected to say the least I'm thinking they are putting the breaks on having their current most popular face turn heel.
If Trish would go heel I think her best spot would be with the Evolution group. Their entire act is that their the elite of wrestling and she could fit in and say how she's Diva of the Decade, how she IS the women division etc.(pretty much the opposite of everything she said on her award speech LoL)... I think she could do it, she was a good heel in her first year in wrestling and even though she wrestled some matches in the first year this time she's actually viewed as a top wrestler.
CDN Bulldog: I think they misused Trish and the title as well in the past few months. Both were on such an upswing coming out of Wrestlemania. Very long chase, getting the title in the biggest stage. But they kind of threw it all away of having her lose the title 3 weeks later to Jazz... Nothing taken away from Jazz she's fantastic. But after such a long chase and losing it in less then a month is kind of a let down and makes the title look like a hot potatoe. I also thought that title switch was more to give Teddy Long heat then for what was good for the title or even Jazz. Then of course brought us to this whole Gail kim thing, I still think Ivory vs. Jazz had potential, Ivory was actually getting some slow momentum behind her.

Completely agree with you: they need some serious long term planning to keep the momentum in this division going. Molly won't keep the belt for any period of time. Sorry, guys, I know there are a lot of Mollymaniacs out there, but it's true. She doesn't even have a gimmick right now. I say they do this: Have a four-way at SummerSlam where Trish comes out on top (I'm referring a MATCH, of course. Although....) due to cheating. The next night, she turns on Kim, or Ivory, or Molly, or whomever he partner du jour is. Then start making Victoria a face, because I think that could work really well. The old match that's been 1,000 times would seem new again, and all would be right with the world. And then of course, there's the Lita feud whenever she returns.
Though I like your Evolution idea as well, NHS.

Yeah, but then you'd have to re-shoot the video, and show Trish getting out of the helicopter, and then have her in the lounge making out with the hot chicks and...
I'm sorry where was I going with this?

Here's an idea...if you want to have a womens division (and by the fact that you're starting threads on it, I'll assume that you do) how about focusing on new feuds rather than Trish vs. Interchangeable Opponent. Trish vs. Jazz, Trish vs. Victoria, and Trish vs. Molly have been done to death. Now that Molly is the champion again, I'd rather they turn her face - a quick corny little "small town girl, always wanted to wrestle" story should do it since he hasn't really been a heel or a face in about a year - and let her feud with Jazz, feud with Victoria, or feud with Lita when she comes back. There hasn't been a womens division feud not involving Trish in more than two years. If you want to keep that division around, it needs to be freshened up.
Then again, I'd send the womens division packing to Heat on a permanent basis...
In my mind, in order for the women's division to have any kind of credibility, they need to cut promos. Even if they were masters of psychology, no one can do all their storytelling in the ring.
PS -- I'm betting even money Jazz and Lita never come back. But if they do, I'll go double or nothing on both being re-injured inside a month.
Which is why they should (a) let Gail Kim stick around, and (b) lure Trinity away from NWA/TNA.

Yea Sable was allways a heel like all through 99 and like half of 98? Are you kidding me she was a face for almost a year straight.

I totally agree. When she won the belt, I can't remember ever hearing a more deader crowd right after a title change had just taken place. (And that includes when Gail Kim won the belt)
