Okay, this has been bugging me for awhile ... I seem to recall that there was a comic book character that was supposed to be related (I think) to Superman; she was from the future (again, I can't recall for sure) and her costume was rather strange (it was like a poncho version of Superman's cape).
I thought her name was Laura Kent, but I put it in Google and didn't come up with anything ... Can anyone help me out in remembering her name?
I have to laugh at the link that vsp put up. She wasn't admitted entrance to the Legion because she was ONLY invulnerable and that was considered a duplicate of someone else's powers?? Well, la dee frickin' dah. Who runs the Legion, the WWE bookers? I wish I was only invulnerable.
Over 1800 posts and still never a Wiener of the Day! But I'm not bitter!

Invulnerablity isn't that unique for the legion when you got Superboy, Supergirl, Ultra-Boy, Mon-El, and Brainac 5. I'd still rather have her on my side than Bouncing Boy or Elastic Lad, but tons of people tried out for the Legion and got shafted. I'm surprised they didn't let her be in the Legion B-Team.

Well, this _is_ the Legion of Super Heroes we're talking about here, the proud organization that considered using the Planetary Chance Machine (scroll down) to be a good idea. ;)

Hey, thanks for the link ... I had forgotten all about Proty!
The Jetta should have about 11,000 miles of transferable factory warranty on it and probably feels and handles better than the Mazda. But VW's tend to have the 'check engine' light come on a lot, and tend to be pricey to maintain.
