I know it isn't likely, and i know not many casual fans would buy Wrestlemania to see Jericho/Angle. But i think it has a shot of happening. It's possible that Jericho could have more face than heel heat because the event is in Canada. Angle could stay heel, and the two could put together a top notch match. Having the match would continue to get these two over as top level threats. And Rock/Austin/HHH would be free to face the nWo. I mean this angle just started, and even though it is the biggest ppv of the year i would save the big one on one money matches for further down the road. I think the casual fan (from both WWF and WCW) would pay to see the nWo vs. those three, and Austin/Hogan, Austin/Hall, Rock/Hogan can be saved for big buyrates down the line. Undertaker and Flair seem to have something going, so they would be the third big match. Does anyone think this is plausible at all?
Updating Ohio State's basketball record could get to be a chore. Just remember, Michigan sucks.
Good God, no. The main event of Mania is supposed to be the biggest match of the year, and Angle/Jericho is nowhere near that calibre at this point in time.

Yeah, I wish it was too, but there's not enough backstory here. Expect shenanigans, and not off the offbeat variety.
I think it'll be Jericho/HHH. Austin still has to get even with Jericho somewhere down the line, though.
What I don't want to see is a Triple Threat/Fatal Fourway match. They always seem to goof those up.
I don't think HHH will get involved with the NWO angle for a while, unless Vince somehow drags him into it. By the way, I think it's cool that we didn't see Vince last night. I'm sure eventually he will be directly involved, but I kind of like that he gave the NWO "a chance" and just set them loose instead of managing or accompanying them.
Bill Savage went over to the (Stu Hart) house and one of the Hart kids was running around with his hair wet. Savage asked why his hair was wet. Stu said, "The little bastard broke a vase this morning, so I stuck his head in the toilet. Want me to show you again?" From the Ring Around the Northwest newsletter
I was also thinking that there may be an outside chance of keeping it Jericho ve. Angle to free up HHH to take on the NWO with Austin and Rock. That would be a HUGE match from a mark standpoint, and probably the main event. Look at the first Wrestlemania, the main event was a tag match. This would be better because the main would be a HUGE draw, plus there would be a world title match.
But besides the WWF probably not wanting to do a heel vs. heel match, they also probably do not want to put their top three faces in one match. I'm sure they would like to spread them out a little more.
So yeah, the more I think about the less likely it seems. I'm sure HHH will be in the title match. He's got that 'returning from an injury to win the title at WM' thing going for him (see Austin and Michaels). I just hope it doesn't turn out to be HHH/Jericho/Angle. That seems way more like a minor PPV main event, rather than a WM main event. Just give us anything but a triple threat for the title or a "Fatal Fourway." I hate those as main events, especially at WM. Just seems more special to me when it's one on one the old fashioned way.

There is no chance in hell that Jericho vs. Angle is going to be the Main Event for Wrestlemania. Granted, both of them could be do a great match, but there is no real story there. I would suspect Flair to give HHH a chance to get it back, but leave Angle still in the main event sorta like Rock and Big Show two years ago. It makes sense to do a three way between them and I have no problems with three or four ways as main events. I thought Wrestlemania 2000 would go down as one of the best WM matches ever if they put Mick or Rock over, but they went with the first ever heel victory and no one will forgive them for it. I still don't, but it was still a good match.
Another factor is Angle has no where to go and it would due him good to finally main event a Wrestlemania as it does Jericho. It would be intereting to see if they add Austin or not, I'd say no, but if they throw another wrestler to even things out I'd give Edge or RVD that spot. I don't see it happening, but I didn't see Angle winning either.
A Fan- The real question is will a face ever win Wrestlemania again?
I don't mean to imply that Jericho/Angle would be the main event in this case. It would obviously get second billing, because the nWo is the #1 angle right now and Wrestlemania is four weeks away. As i said i don't think this is going to happen, it was just an idea i had on where the WWF may be headed. Obviously not many (if any) are thinking Angle/Jericho is happening.
