O.K. ... this might be from way out in left field, but ... I've got this vibe that Cena will be getting a face push. I just have this weird feeling that with Scotty 2 Hotty coming back in a few, that Grand Master Sexay (Brian Lawler) will get re-hired and reform Too Cool. And then the two will get paired with Cena and totally cheese him out ... sounds like a longshot, but we all know how Vince thinks and works.

Eh, I don't think that's gonna happen.

But as I was watching the beginning of SD! I had the same thought. Cena was given A LOT of mic time before his match with Orlando Jones. And he wasn't even rapping. It looked like he was ready for another push(which made me happy). But then I guess it was all just for Orlando Jones' debut. But yea never know, he really was on the mic for a long time and was getting a lot of heat for talking to much.

Any reason why Cena dropped the Protobomb finisher? I much prefer that to the DVD, which is a fairly mundane move these days.

At the very least no one else does a DVD nowadays.....though his is more of a DVD into a sideways Falcon Arrow

Agreed. I always thought the Protobomb had more potential to fit in with the character. They could call it the "Turn Tables" or the "Broken Record" or something and it would fit due to the twisting motion - throw that in with a backwards hat, chain and a hand symbol and you've got a STAR, BAYBEE.

Well the "F-U" name isn't that bad - definitely goes with his character. I like the real DVD better than the Falcon Arrow that Cena does, though.

Didn't he at first do a straight DVD? The first person he did it too was Rikishi I think, I remeber it being a normal DVD, possibly because Rikishi is too big to flip into Falcon Arrow position?

I noticed that when Cena did his DVD, it looked like he was dropping the guys right on their heads. My guess is they told him to switch the move so he wouldn't accidentally hurt someone. You know, like the piledriver ban.

he needs to bust out that flipping stunner/neckbracker more too. They could use that as the "Record Breaker". Or they could steal Disco Inferno's move name for his Stunner/Whippersnapper variation, the "Chart Buster". lol.

I wouldn't mind a bad ass heel Too Cool, but I think John's just fine as a singles character.

His neckbreaker is called the throwback, and apparently he is still doing the "killswitch" although I don't know what move it is and the announcers never call it.

I tuned in for Bayley/Ruby and Miz/Rollins then started watching something else. Sounds like I made a pretty good decision.
