No real idea when I'll do the full thing again, and I hate "Over Seasons" right now, though I said the same thing about "One More Minute" at first and wound up liking that, so who knows.
Good Lord. You've got this Cape Breton moron on US rock radio?
At his concert in Ottawa last night he blamed some Chinese woman in the audience for SARS, then proceeded to use the word "SARS" about 500 times for the rest of the night.
Speaking of which, I keep seeing these two names on the top of the Bottom 10 list. So I think to myself, "Self... who the fuck are these assholes? Zug Izland and Presence? The first deserves to be there based on their name alone... and Presence... who the hell names a song 'Tonz of Fun'? With a Z, even?" Sho I look it up.
Zug Izland is signed to Psychopathic Records. I need not see any more, for that explains EVERYTHING. As for Presence... I looked it up, and I still have no clue who they are (I found the song, by the way) and why they get any airplay. (shrug) Probably why I don't listen to the radio anymore.
And how about some dap for Seafood? Did they ever make a dent in your rankings ("Cloaking" could take about ten or fifteen songs on your top 40 out back behind the woodshed)? Probably around mid-2002, though. And what was the best "Girl's Not Grey" did? I'm guessing mired in the bottom 10, considering where AFI's represented this week...
Yeah, 114 sounds right. I think it debuted there and dropped like a rock. Presence would be a shitty rap-rock band signed to Curb whose first single is about fucking really fat chicks. Yep.

Hey, it's another playlist! Incidentally, I have a really great idea for a Halloween edition of NonDescript, which will air in two weeks. It'll be S-C-A-R-Y. (No, it's not an hour of Nickelback.)
