It was worse than I expected it to be, WAAAYYY worse! We all knew that is was going to be bad, but that had to be some of the WORST programming of anykind that I've watched in a long, LONG time. What in the hell was the point of having those HORRIBLE wedding singers sing for 3 minutes? Was this some sort of test by the WWF? Kurt Angle would have become the WWF's biggest babyface if he would have run in on this segment. So is this so Steph can go nWo or what. nWo this NO WAY (I'M) ORDERING this ppv. I want my 20 minutes back.

nWo?

HUH?

I thought there was a common agreement that this angle happened so that Stephie could go shack up with Angle or Jericho.

As for the segment, eh. I thought it was alright. Yes the wedding singers were terrible, but as I remember it Test/Steph had the same thing, so it was a nice show of continuity anyway. Plus, HHH's promo was really good (though his beatdown of Vince was lacking).

As for No Way Out...On paper it looks like a really really good PPV, it's your money and all, but I for one am looking forward to it, wedding angle or not.

Were those the same singers from Test and Stephanie's wedding? I swear I've seen them before.

Triple H's promo was really good? To me it was just pointless because the whole segment was just dragging on anyway. Why would I care if Triple H cut a good promo in the middle of all that crap?

I doubt it. I've heard them three times total. Test's wedding. Tonight. Plus the same song was on Wrestlemania All Day Long back in 2000 for a Savage/Liz montage.

Hey, Vince blew a spot with the pedigree. Going by WWF backstage rules, shouldn't Vince be off TV for the next week? Somebody get Bradshaw on this right away.

Uh, I think we all need to be giving thanks right now. IT'S OVER!!! They could have dragged that shit on for month after sickening month. No really, other than having no pregnancy angles at all the next best thing is one that only lasts a week.

Trust me. As much as it sucked we will be hearing from smarts saying that they should have done more with this angle once NWO stinks up the joint.

It's actually used in a video clip on the Summerslam '91 videotape. That was the first time I ever heard that god-awful song.

I have to say it, The way they did this sucked huge. Give me a break everyone suspected someone to run in, to ruin it.. Expecting Steph maybe to have an affair with someone while H was injured. None of that happened.. I mean is H so worried about his ego that god forbid a women cheats on him!!. The next man who gets Stephanie looks like they are just getting slobby seconds.

Only saving grace for the entire last segment was the crowd yelling "what?" after every sentence the minister says. I truly thought H was going to break out laughing.. Vince then yelling at the crowd like he's legit pissed and at the end right before the bad singers sang was I the only one who thought the minister "flipped off" the crowd.

I didn't think the segment was all that bad. The whole pregnancy angle over now, and Steph could still easily hook up with Angle or Jericho (probably more so Angle). On another note, was it just me or did the priest look like Charles Robinson?

Mr. Spear, your memory never ceases to amaze me. I didn't think they were the same singers, simply becuase I didn't think they'd actually use the singers again after doing such a horrible job the first time. How wrong I was.

So since they did something UNEXPECTED it sucked? What? I enjoyed it. It wasn't the greatest segment on the history of WWF TV, but it WAS enjoyable. I'm actually glad that no one ran out. Cause in my opinoin thta would have sucked even more. Maybe have Linda come out and at THAT point show the tape, but still I like how they did it.

And notice how they took out Angle and Jericho? Jericho left, and Angle said it was 'thier special day' and he'd let them have it. :P

We'll just have to wait for the next few shows to see how they work this, but I like it so far.

I don't understand why everyone is shitting on this. It wouldn't make sense for Stephanie to just randomly join up with someone else to go against her husband. What would be her motivation? Why would she suddenly hate Hunter so much after being married for two years? Instead, by doing it this way, she becomes the woman scorned and can play a psychotic bitch now. She wants HHH crushed and will be looking for somebody/anybody to do so.

The one thing that I loved the most was at the beginning of the show was when they said that it was a "storybook" relationship or something like that. I couldn't stop laughing when I heard that. So knocking someone out and getting married to them against their will while still in a car is "storybook?" Christ, and I thought that Disney was twisted.....

It could of been worse. Well, this 20 minute segment couldn't have been much worse. But this angle could have dragged out for weeks and weeks of crappy 20 minute segments, so let's just be glad it was wrapped up in one week. And I would rather see Steph and HHH break up this way, instead of having a stupid fake father angle or something like that. She can still hook up with Angle or Jericho.

Actually, if there was more time before Wrestlemania, I could see where Steph could just jump seconding guy to guy, each trying to take out HHH (and playing up the slut image). Then finally, out of desperation, she decides to hook up with the one guy she hates, the undisputed champion Chris Jericho . But as it is, I figure she will be ringside with Angle, and after he loses, go straight to Jericho.

Problem with all this is while I think that Steph is a good heel manager (yeah, yeah, so shoot me), Angle and Jericho really don't need a manager. It would seem that it would be better if she would hook up with a guy like Test. Of course, that would force her to mid-card, and she would never do that.

Quick thought-- I wonder how different everyone's reaction would have been to the "corpse video" if Jericho, Ben Wah, or (gasp) Eddie had been in it instead of Crips.
