For those of you old enough to remember, I guess this is "hahaha ha ha ha ha ha ha". At least for me, it is.

Couldn't happen to a nicer fellow. Luckily *he* was the only one hurt(this time).

Don't know how true this is, but a radio station that I listen too out of Oakland was reporting this story and said that Rodney was proclaiming that he was Jesus while in the emergency room.

It will be such a shocker if the results show he was intoxicated. The guy's a piece of trash, thank God he didn't kill anyone in that house. I say just give him another beatdown.

'But if one is struck by me only a little, that is far different, the stroke is a sharp thing and suddenly lays him lifeless, and that man's wife goes with cheeks torn in lamentation, and his children are fatherless, while he, staining the soil with his red blood, rots away, and there are more birds than women swarming about him.' Heard this story this morning, and all I could think of was "Again?" How many times SINCE the infamous beating has this guy been busted?

Now I am not saying that police should beat people, nor am I advocating any sort of policy change, but I just think that some people really just need their ass kicked. And look at him! He got one hell of a beating and it STILL did not do any good.

Waiting for blood/alcohol results? How about "blood/crack" or "blood/smack"?

I don't know man- reading something about a guy who was too dense to clean up his act after getting pummeled by the cops is REAL damned stupid...

Maybe you are not reading enough ;).

Yup asteroid- it seems that violence does NOT always solve everything, especially in this case. This is not to say that it solves NOTHING though...

On a related point, does Rodney King have any strikes? He sure gets busted a lot...

Perhaps they just didn't beat him enough the first time?

Boy, I sure am glad you chipped in your two cents on all these topics you missed out on over the past three days.

It was probably one of the greatest if not greatest foreign policy disasters of all time. We lost all of the goodwill from being attacked on 9/11 and made a region that was not stable to begin with, worse.
