Your Official Sunday, April 13, 2003 Randomly Selected Wiener Of The Day Champion says....

According to The Honky Tonk Man's website, he is in talks with TNA to join their roster. WHY? Honky TOnk Man is one of the last guys I want to see return. I knew for months Honky fans were trying to get Honky back on WWE or TNA, but I really ope this doesn't come true. Here is the websites statement:

HTM has been contacted by NWA TNA and negotiations are ongoing. HTM is willing and ready to make an impact in TNA.

He has several pieces of unfinished business with several of the TNA wrestlers and front office personnel.

We will keep you updated on this situation.

Are you kidding? Who WOULDN'T want the greatest Intercontinental champion of all time on their roster? I'd be SO THERE!
And the thing is... you know they wouldn't have HTM wrestle or anything. He'd just be yet another interview-type. But the difference is, Honky Tonk at least has experience doing shoot-style interviews. Look at his website for proof of that. And we'd finally get to see Honky claiming Double J stole his gimmick years ago -- that's one segment I'd love to see.

Shakespeare made up words all the time. I say use any words you want with impunity. A couple words I made up:

sorritude-like gratitude, but instead of being greatful, you are sorry. as in "let me express my sorritude for what happened."
randomosity-the state of something being random. as in "I doubt the randomosity of that survey"
randomositude-a measure of something's randomosity.

Oh my God, Mr. Boffo is the Warrior!

I'd complain about Honky, but then again, with WWE bringing in Nash, Piper, Goldberg...

1000 posts and still not Wiener of the Day!

Yeah, that Goldberg sure is part of the old guard.

Besides, TNA is a lot more guilty here. Somehow, I doubt even the WWE would think that it would be a good idea to put Dusty in a ladder match.

Hey, come on, didn't you see the match? Dusty pulling out that little stepladder was EXCELLENT.

Okay, so the rest of it kinda sucked. But it was worth it for the TINY LADDER.

P.S. Honky Tonk Man? Ehhhh, I could do without.

Can you say everbody else who isn't in WWE will work for TNA. Only other national outlet. They want to showcase them selves on TV one way or another.

I have no problems at all with how they've used Mabel so far.

I can't be the only one waiting for Barry Horowitz to show up in NWA and start a win streak that would tower over Goldberg's.
There could be much worse surprises ahead than Honkey Tonk Man.
