Yeah, but Em didn't have to battle with Canibus or Everlast. Especially not Everlast. And sure as hell not Benzino. Or ICP. But he did. I'd be surprised to see him NOT respond and bury that chump Ja Rule once and for all.

If there was an American Idol of rap, I would vote off Benzino and Ja Rule way before ICP, Canibus, Vanilla Ice, or Everlast. Benzino is one of the worst of all time and Ja has took a quick train to sucksville, with his Murderer yell at the start of each song I don't know if I should cry for how corny he is or laugh my ass of at what a joke his music is. Canibus has his moments, and Everlast was cool with House of Pain, but Em's lyrical style is just to sick right now. But that shit with Triumph The Comic Insult Dog was just wrong, Triumph will wax his ass! Refuse another interview and you will be the next in line, for Triumph to

Just out of curiosity, does anyone have anything positive to say about JaRule?

I figure he's gotta have fans SOMEWHERE.

I downloaded it... it's on some mixtape from 1999. My copy sez "In Too Deep", so... (shrug)

Your best bet would be to download it. Its every bit as good as you've heard. Hearing this and some of his older tracks really make "get rich or die tryin" seem just a little bit underwhelming.

Of course if you dont want to download the song you can find on the "In Too Deep" soundtrack which if i was to guess was released by columbia records.

I found "how to rob" on Kazaa. Just search for "how to rob", duh

The only good thing I can say about Ja is he used to be good. Venni Vitti Vicci was a tight cd and I still listen to it on occasion. Ja has fallen so far since then it's really hard to comprehend.

I hope Em and Fifty come back at Ja and motivate him to get back to how he used to be. Even though Ja at his best isn't half as good as 50 and Em, it's still a bigass upgrade.

X-E's co-Worst Poster of all time! Jkyle.com says:

Thoughts on Ja...

A)I wanna see his 140lbs ass in the next Vendetta Game. You think Proof and the guy who looks like Scotty 2 Hotty get bitched out? Just WAIT.

B)DMX's voice without the credibility, anger, or talent doesn't work. Ja sucks.

C)Ja is the dumbest rap name I've ever heard. And I'm a quarter Irish who gets challenged to battle all the time at school.

D)This is non Ja, but
"Youza poptart sweetheart, you soft in the middle"
and
"You shouldn't throw stones if you live in a glass house
And if you got a glass jaw you should watch yo mouth"
may be the best words ever spoken.

Of course you guys have probably heard the Em song over Hail Mary by now. Personally Em's part is awesome, 50 sounds like garbage IMO on this track, and Busta is funny as hell.

I think that the reason that no one has anything good to say about Ja is that he hasn't given us a reason to say anything good. Ja has been so diluted by the last few years of his career that no one remembers that he was a decent rapper at one point.

Take one listen to the song in bubblesthechimp's sig. "The Realest" is an unbelievable song and its tough to conceive Ja being able to pull anything like that off. As has been said already, 50 is completely believable as a badass from the streets. Ja is just a dunce. 50 and Em (especially Em) have great skills, Ja's are in severe decline.

If Ja wants some credibility he can hole himself up for awhile, ditch the women and come out with an album that goes back to what he was. That is, if he isn't already too much of a self-parody for it to just be laughable anyway.

Well, since psoting this thread I've heard Ja's track and Em's response and have a few more thoughts. Ja actually sounded halfway decent on his track if you didn't know it was Ja Rule. He's just tarnished his image so much lately that I can't buy him as the tough guy. However, if he keeps doing tracks like this one and stops teaming with chicks like Ashanti, I think people will begin to buy him as something of a thug again. Eminem and 50 just destroy him, however, and the track where Em brings in Halie is fantastic. I love Busta's response as well; that's a side I haven't heard from him in a long time. In short, Ja has truly lost his mind by taking on Aftermath and I think he's going to pay for it...

Is it ok to boycot this? (abcnews.go.com) I understand it's for a good cause and all, but it's Michael Jackson... AND R. Kelly. (I wonder if Michael got pee'd on?)
