1Wrestling is reporting that, Extreme Associates, parent company of XPW, was raided by federal agents. They took computers, records and other items with them. This cannot be good news for XPW or its fans.

Being that they're bouncing checks like crazy, they probably won't be around too much longer. For all their attempts to emulate ECW it's kinda funny that they're going to go out the same way ECW did.
