Dear Mr. Levesque,
Okay, I get it. I give up. You are the biggest, baddest wrestler of all time. All other wrestlers pale in comparison to you. You are an expert at grappling, brawling and everything else. You are a master of ring psychology, storytelling, and are very good looking. You are a legend, and have made your mark in wrestling. Is this what you wanted to hear? Are you happy now?
You would do well to take a look at the man who accompanies you to the ring, the man that you have reffered to as your idol. You do realize that he did _lose_ occasionally. Actually, a whole lot of times. In doing that, he made stars. And you know what, even though he lost, he was still respected. There are some smarks who pray to him at night. And it's not because he held the title for an eon. It is because he was a master at not only making himself look good, but also anyone he faced.
Perhaps you are just waiting for the right person. Your Steamboat. Hate to say it, your Steamboat is about a month away from 20 million dollar paydays and awards ceremonies. Does that bother you?
Perhaps you think the shows would suffer without you. Giving you the _extreme_ benefit of the doubt, just because you are not champion, does not mean that we cannot still be graced with your presence. There is a lot to be said for chasing the title storylines.
In the end, I want you to look at yourself. Look at your history. You say you respect pro-wrestling more than anything. Then you have to have watched WCW. Your buddies were there, so I'm sure you taped it occasionally. Why is it gone? Why are you seeing your old buddies with you? Because the same old people would not get out of the way. It got stale. It got boring. And that was the kiss of death. Do you want to have a legacy in pro-wrestling? That would actually require pro-wrestling being around for more than a few more years. You can either be noble and be a champion, or be a footnote in history, a whatever-happened-to? along with the rest of the roster.
I'm not saying that you are the only problem. But unlike the others, you can alleviate it by yourself.
You want to be the Man? Act like one.
Sincerely,
Christian Synthare

Knowing HHH, he will only read the parts with his name. I wonder if HHH will pull ala Warrior and change his name to The Game so he can prove what a big man he is. On a side note, why is Y2J helping HHH? Y2J should have laid out everyone in that ring and walked off. He should have beat HBK at WM.

Dude, you let conversatives say whatever they want on the political board to the point of absurdity. The Random board gets punished for speaking about Buffy while there is a 100 posts regarding the Shield and 24. Now, you trash this guy for creating a letter that has basically summed about 85% of the boards' feelings on HHH.

There is no need for that type of behavior espically from the head of this board. You are acting like a child. You'll probably even ban me for say stating my observation which is even more childish.

A Fan- Ban me, I don't care.

NO NO NO. Don't you understand that HHH is GOD? God will NOT change his name. HHHe has no need to. HHHe hath no reason to whatsoever. Just remember that. HHH=GOD.

You might have some points The Fan, BUT i don't blame CRZ, this Triple H thing is so old. Get over it. If you don't like him to watch when he is on, or don't watch the show altogether, nobody is forcing you to watch. THere was plenty to enjoy tonight, and on Wrestlemania, and on past Raws so quit your complaining.

Actually, I have decided not to watch Raw anymore after tonight's piss bore display. Its sad too, because I have been a die hard Raw fan since day one. Its because of HHH that I am no longer watching.

A Fan- Hey, you got what you wanted when do I get what I want.

Well that's interesting logic. The guy is a major part of the show, he is the Raw brand champion and one of the flagship characters on the show. So let's STOP talking about him. You know why the HHH thing is old? Because nothing ever fucking changes with him and the WWE booking of him! If ever anything were different instead of the same old same old, the complaints would change. But here on a wrestling message board which comments on major events in wrestling, when one of the major events is always some derivation of HHH going over, he's going to be commented upon regularly.

Damn it, HHH is NOT THE BOOKER!

Until I learn that HHH has personally booked his angle and title defenses, I'm not going to automatically blame Trips for the WWE's handling of him. Blame Vince M. if you want, but don't personally attack HHH. He's done nothing personally to you.

And I've seen CRZ attack the conservative side (especially Pool-Boy) just as much as the left-leaning side.

The Hurricane main eventing a Raw show? See, the WWE is listening to the 'Net. Well, they're listening to me anyways. Look for the next push to go to Molly.

THANK YOU. Seriously, some people here act like HHH came to their houses and personally raped their dogs. Sheesh... he's an ACTOR. He doesn't write everything himself.

A Fan: 85%? I thought the majority stopped caring. Good for Synthare, he said what a bunch of us think. Not knocking him, but does anyone aside from us really give a shit what he said or we think? Not an attack on you so much as the idea that wrestling boards bear any more weight than online petitions.

Friggin' mark. How much of a smart can you be if you're prepared to trash a guy based on who he beats? I thought smarts knew it was entertainment, thusly, it doesn't matter who wins or loses. HHH doesn't make the Austin, Rock, or Hogan dollars? Neither did Jericho, last I checked, and he was pushed to the stars up until Wrestlemania X8.

Given that threads have titles which give usually suggest what their contents are about, its alot easier to avoid HHH criticism by not reading a thread entitled "An open letter to HHH" as opposed to trying to avoid an HHH segment on Raw, given that we don't know when and for how long he will be on our tv during those two hours.

I apologize for being a Buffy/Angel mark.

Considering that C. Synthare is brand-new to this board, Triple H-bashing may not be as old hat to him as it is to us.

I thought his post was well thought-out, literate, inoffensive and honest, which is more than I can say for a lot of other posts, especially in the arena of Trips-bashing.

spf2119, you hit the nail right square on the head.

Honestly, if you're sick of Triple H discussion, don't click on the thread that says "An open letter to Triple H." What the fuck did you think it was going to be about? If you're sick of discussing the guy, don't discuss him. No one made you read this thread. It taking up a half-inch of space in the Wienerville Wrestling forum doesn't bother me.

Triple H is the RAW champ. He gets a shitload of TV time, so it's only natural that people are going to discuss him.

A lot of people have negative opinions of him, and since he does the same old shit over and over again, these opinions aren't likely to change.

I, for one, am glad to see another person who can put forth his views in a calm, coherent manner on the board.

Hello, C. Synthare, and welcome.

You honestly believe that someone who has their dick up the mouth of the boss' daughter isn't gaining any kind of political pull. Right.
He also happened to "step up" around the time Austin was injured.
Has plead allegiance to a web-friendly(sarcasm) clan known as the KLIQ.
And of course it wasn't at all HHH's idea to have the belt literally handed to him on Raw.
Yeah, these are just coincidences.

True that - in fact, Undertaker HIMSELF was the victim of such an elimination in 1993 when Giant Gonzales made his debut and tossed him. So I guess Taker's elimination by Maven shouldn't have counted, retroactively =)
