Okay, folks. WrestleMania's tomorrow. It's got a 4-hour timeslot. How long will it ACTUALLY last. I'm talking wrestling time & promo time. From the TV-14 box at the beginning to the WWE logo at the end. How long?
National Anthem: 3min Limp Bizkit song: 3min Misterio v. Hardy: 15min Undertaker/Jones v. A-Train/Show: 10min Guerreros v. Benoit/Rhyno v. Team Angle: 25min Stratus v. Victoria v. Jazz: 10min Jericho v. Michaels: 20min Hogan/McMahon hype: 5min Hogan v. McMahon: 20min H/T hype: 2min Triple H v. Booker T: 25min Rock/Austin hype: 5min Rock v. Austin: 25min Lesnar/Angle hype: 5min Lesnar v. Angle: 30min TOTAL: 203 minutes of in-ring or ring-related action, plus stupid catfight stuff, WrestleMania XX hype, Axxess hype, and pointless interviews, promos and videopackages.
Rock/Austin will probably go at least 45 min. Hogan/Vince supposedly has 25. Give Brock/Kurt 40. Booker/HHH gets 20 Michaels/Jericho for 20 as well 15 for the Smackdown tag match 10 for the Women 15 for the Undertaker match 10 for the crusiers 20 minutes for the John Cena Rap Challenge, Limp Bizkit, The Catfight, and the National Anthem 15 minutes for video packages
That's 4 hours right there (well, 5 min to spare, but that'd go by pretty fast...)

My problem is that there is only 9 matches where the last 2 have had 11-12. I just hope that it wont have the RAW or SD! feel to it. I know it's WrestleMania but I don't want to feel like I spent money going just to see an overhyped RAW or something. Maybe a few surprise matches. That would be cool.

I have no problem with Wrestlemania going less than 4 hours since I'm on the east coast and I have to get up for work the next morning. It'll probably be between 3 and a half and 3 and 45 minutes.
I will agree because I dont want to have to try to get out of Seattle, which will be fucking hell anyways and get home just so that I can be back into work at 6.30 on monday..

There are 2 ways of looking at only being 9 matches. One way is thinking they might give a lot of the matches much more time then usual OR there's going to be a bunch of backstage skits and video promos.
Personally I would have liked to see a couple of more matches. There's a lot of deserving talent that isn't on the show. Even though they tried by putting 2 triple threat matches, and a tag team match with pretty much 4 single competitors.

The following post expresses the opinions of a raving Jerichoholic. He is biased, opinionated and bitter. You have been warned.
I'm still holding out for the World Tag Titles on the show, but if they're not:
Rock-Austin: 25-30 min. Brock-Angle: 15-35 depending on Kurt's neck Tripps-Booker: 25-30 Vince-Hogan: 10-15 Jericho-Michaels: 20-25 Tag Titles: 30-35 Taker and the Jobbers: 10-15 Women's: 5-10 (Let's be realistic. The catfight girls need time!) Cruisers: 15-20
That's anywhere from 155 to 215 minutes of bell to bell wrestling. Plus a minute or so for each intro means 22 minutes there. A 3-minute video package for at least the top 5 matches adds another 15 minutes to the show. With the short match times, we've got 3 hours, 18 minutes of hyping or performing the matches, and if all the matches go the longer route, the show's running uber-long before Limp Bizkit gets to do anything.

Yeah, but that's a good thing right?
Well, since the show is four hours and there are only 9 matches on the show that means all the potentially great matches like Jericho/HBK, the Smackdown tag title match, and Brock/Angle will get all the time they need to perform.
I don't mind the fact that there aren't that many matches when I think about it that way.
Wasn't Barry in one or two of the studio clips getting a Horseman beatdown? You never saw the face, but with those boots, it was either him or Magnum T.A.
