So, am I being way too gullible to believe that Shane-O Mac is back on TV for good? I'm figuring he'll be a factor in the Vince/Hogan match on Sunday, but what's (or Who's) next? Does he take up Vince's cause against Hogan? Bring in Goldberg? Challenge Steph/Eric? Manage someone? Or does he just disappear for another six months before he makes another cameo?

I wish they made chocolate Advent calendars for WrestleMania, although I'd skip the Mark Henry day.

I'm thinking Shane goes back to being the invisible McMahon after his cameo.

Isn't Linda technically the invisible McMahon? When was the last time she was even on TV?

Please - don't even mention her. Nothing ever good has come of her being on TV.

I realize that I'm probably over-simplifying, but for her to appear in an angle or to start an angle is lazy.

Shane should kill the rest of the family. He is the only one that hasn't made me role my eyes or curse the TV at one point. I'm a mark for Steph but she can work my nerves from time to time.Linda has the charisma of a burnt log. Vince is overexsposed.

Besides a few cameos here and there, isn't Shane O'Mac the only star that has stayed off WWE TV since the Alliance lost the big match where the Loser's-Team-Leaves-WWE at that, er, pay-per-view after the InVasion? If I am correct, Shane is the one of the only superstars that has really kept his word! Good for Shane!

I like the idea of him bringing in Goldberg, though it will probably end up being Bischoff.

I think it's just a tease. But I'm sure he won't be off TV forever.

Shane's my favorite McMahon...mainly because he's a human spot machine and because he has the coolest theme music ever.

I think that Shane is the only smart McMahon. HE has managed to pretty much stay out of the spotlight since WW(F)E has sucked, so maybe his coming back can mean good things for WWE?

Nah, i think Shane will go back into hiding after WM. I think he might show at WM but thats it. Iam not a real big Shane fan but if he wants to come take Stephanie's places iam all for that.

I believe you are correct. Here are the Shane appearances that I can think of off the top of my head since Survivor Series 2001:
*Summer 2002- warns Vince not to hire Bischoff
*feb. 2003- Is teased as the replacement of Bischoff
*This past week- helps Vince train or match with Hogan

Everyone else has a had a regular role with the company at one time or another since the elimination match that killed the Alliance.

When business is decidedly in the crapper I don't care who comes back, it won't magically restore everything to 1998. Austin has proven that. So I don't think anyone coming back will mean good things. Andre the fucking Giant could come back, it wouldn't turn nothing around.

Well that reminds me of a dream match I'd like to see. Kurt Angle of today vs. Great Muta of 1989.
