Oh, man, Darren Oliver. He's our problem now. I think that even if Rocker and Everett become best friends, it will make for great TV, because the press will ask all the same questions we're asking. And those two guys love the press.

i thought it was too bad everett didn't work out better for the sox. i think he really wanted to win and last year it just got to be a bit more than his medication was able to handle. the one thing i don't recall ever hearing is him ever bad mouthing red sox fans, the city of boston, or blaming others for his bad season (*cough* clemens, boggs), but maybe i'm wrong.
Nah, adding 2 volatile personalities to an already in-trouble team will work great.
*cough*
Yes, the Rangers are in some serious trouble. This won't be pretty. Maybe, if the Rangers are lucky, Rocker hits Everett in the face, knocking him out for the year, but only after Everett throws a bat at Rocker and shatters his leg. This will not be pretty, but it should be interesting, in a train-wreck sort of way.
That was such a great game. The defensive play was just outstanding - I love a play at the plate and that one was *CLOSE*. And the bunt/slike into first was outstanding. So many great plays I can't even remember them all.
