The fans would go nutz if they heard stings music.... i definitely agree with that.... when you watched him wrestle he just seemed to know what should be done next and the moves were blended well.... that would definitely help out in the wwf... shame he may never show up there.

Who The WWF Should Sign:

Nobody.

There's enough great talent in the fed and the farm leagues that they could provide us with countless hours of top-notch entertainment, instead of nWo v4.0 or Austin/McMahon 3 or the endless tag team break-ups/reformations. Bring up the Island Boys and group 'em with Rikishi in an angry Samoan Gangsta Posse or something. HIRE GOOD WRITERS!

I dunno... would the WWF bother signing Jarrett? He was one of the few guys on that WWA show who actually put in an effort. He'd be a good addition, he's still in good shape... but does Vinny Mac have a use for him?

Sting? Well, he was one of my all-time favourites. But his career ground to a slow halt following the Starrcade '97 fiasco. Crickey... I still can't believe anyone could ruin a match with that kind of build-up. Thank you, Eric Bischoff. Anyway. Sting's heart hasn't been in it for years, and he's past his physical prime.

Goldberg? Spoiled by his initial WCW run. I doubt he could recapture the magic.

Sign Gillberg!!!

It would be nice to see a heel like Jarrett in the WWF, especially with the "Big 3" being faces right now. Sting and Goldberg, no thanks. As for the new writers, hell yes.

Jarrett-- yes. If they can get him a bit of a better gimmick. Smashing people with guitars worked for years, but I feel it's high time he tried something else.

Sting-- Hell yes, I'd love to see him-- in a non-wrestling role or wrestling only on special occasions. I'd love to see old-school Sting come back with the surfer face paint and everything. Or we could have him as just Steve Borden. Remember how bad-ass Sting looked wearing shades, a leather jacket and no face paint when he beat the hell out of JJ Dillon? He could do something like that.

But according to a friend of mine from California who was close to the business (and has apparently passed away, unforutnately), Sting's heart hasn't been in it for quite some time. He lost his love for the business right about the time the nWo started up. So I doubt that Borden would want to come back now, with the nWo allegedly re-starting once more.

Goldberg-- Well. If Vince can keep his attitude in check, I think Goldberg would be a great draw for the federation. But if he's gonna sign Goldberg, he'd better do it soon, before everybody forgets who he is. After all, it has been over a year since he was last seen in WCW.

And that, as they say, is that.

Well being that Sting was the only guy in the entire WCW that I ever gave a damn about, I'd have to say yes. I disagree with just about everyone here though, he needs to be the "Dark Sting." The surfer look won't work at his age (and I always thought it looked silly even in his younger years.)

Jarret I never cared one way or the other about. They could sign him or not I don't care.

If Goldberg wants to act more power to him... he carried Universal Soldier 2 IMHO.

To sum up: Don't care, PleasePleasePlease, and Probably not

I for one would like to see Sting back in the game.. if he wants to be. His body may not be 100%, but it wasn't as bad as some.. and with the time off, he's probably at least in the 90-95% range by now.. and if his heart were to come back to the business (which I think wouldn't be that hard.. you can tell he has the passion) then I think he would be a fantastic addition to the WWF.. if he's not, I don't want to see him back because it'd just remind me of what could be..

Jeff is the likely candidate but he sure as hell won't be a main eventer.

Sting doesn't care anymore so he's gone.

Goldberg is a stiff and a danger. Forget him.

Double J- It'd be nice, byut then who would main event the WWA PPV's every month until it dies(what, they stopped selling tickets for the current one and no one's signed to be at it besides the Road Dogg?), uh, ok, then yeah, bring in Jeff.

Sting- Only if they bring in Vampiro and resume their classic feud!

Goldberg- Ugh, I'm not even gonna make a lame joke about him. I'll admit, I never really watched much WCW, but when I dd, this guy didn't even interest me. Granted, I didn't see much of hima nd I never watched during his megapush, but based on what I saw, I don't want to see any more. Plus the guy seems like a real prick.

I'm not a big Jarrett fan, but I wouldn't mind seeing him again, but with a new gimmick. The WWF can always use a straight-up heel.

I don't think there's much chance of Sting wrestling again.

With Goldberg it would probably be the same as I think the NWO angle will be...a short-term spike in interest, but bad in the long run, because you would run out of interesting angles for Goldberg very early if he refused to job or cooperate. Bad enough the WWF is bringing Hogan in--they don't need two of them.

Jarrett: Yes.
Sting: I'd like them to, but I think he's done.
Goldberg: No. Although he could probably make them a lot of money.

Don't know if someone has already suggested this, but how about bringing Goldberg back to _fight_ the NWO after they destroy a bunch of competition? The thing WCW did best with the NWO thing is to make them look invincible, and then use major stars like Sting and Goldberg to eventually defeat them. You could introduce Goldberg in a secret way and make him scare the crap out of Hogan, Hall and Nash. Once he's in you could then set up an eventual Austin-Goldberg match-up.

Just an idea,

DMC

Y'know, as much as I love Jarrett, this is so true. I don't think I could take him seriously in a WWF main event (disclaimer: at the moment).

Sting, I would love to see back. I was a mark for "Crow Sting", but then at the same time I don't want the nWo thing to just be a big fat re-enactment.

Goldberg, who I have been critical of in the past, does have charisma like no-one else and I'd like to see him back for that. I just hope if they ever did bring him in it was via OVW or HWA so they could teach him how to avoid killing people.

Sting just doesn't have it anymore; I think he 'lost his smile'. All that time he was out and he still came back with the same 4-5 moves. Especially throating himself on the rail, that was soooo stupid. Did he ever hit that move? The crow thing got old and he totally ruined it when he became an NWO member himself. THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON WHY HIS GIMMICK CHANGED!

Goldberg was a cheap rip-off, but it wasn't Stone Cold. He didn't come close. He was supposed to be a shootfighter or something. But I'll be damned if he wasn't a dead ringer for Nikita Koloff. Anybody that knows old school remembers him and knows what I mean; but Nikita was better than Goldberg. Remember the Russian Sickle? A running Clotheline from Hell sorta. They should bring him back, I LOVED THAT GUY!

Jeff Jarrett would be good...I thought the 'Don't piss me off' thing was getting somewhere. But he won't be back because of Stone Cold and Debra...it's a damn shame.

I'd go with someone like Angle or RVD, simply because if you get someone like Kevin Nash (snicker), his size would tower over the ECW-ish sized roster of TNA. Smaller, more athletic wrestlers would fit in better.
