As I explained to one football-challenged chick this morning:

NFC: Cheer for the Packers and the Giants.
AFC: Uh...Cincinnati's out. Everybody else is still alive. (Close enough.)

Go Pack Go!

Star wipe, and...we're out.

It's actually a little incorrect. the eagles earned their 1st round bye when the bucs lost to the Steelers. They are 1 game up, and own the tiebreaker.

12/24 was before 12/23? The only reason i knew it was incorrect was because I read it on NFL.com and said to myself that it was wrong.

Right you are.

What I MEANT to say was "This was originally written and posted at NFL.com and ESPN.com before the Monday nighter. At the time it was written, it was accurate."

Well, since it's the final weekend, any predictions on who the final participants will be, along with seeding?

OK, shock, time for a challenge:

NFC:
1. Green Bay
2. Philadelphia
3. Tampa Bay
4. San Francisco
5. Atlanta
6. New York Giants

AFC:
I do not know, and I don't even think the NFL itself will know after its all said and done. I just say, for the AFC anyways, just wait until about 6:30pm CST and look it up somewhere. It's just that easy, I think.

4. New York
5. Indianapolis

What a day. Every game on my tv meant something and was close, except for the Jets/Packers.

J-E-T-S, JETS, JETS, JETS~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

From the infamous Wrestleline SS interview:

DTD: If you were to make changes in WCW, if you were in charge and not Ric Flair, what would they be?

SS: I'd get rid of all the old guys, and push the talent that has waited to get the push. The things they are doing, it's back in the 1980s. It's just bad, man. Flair doesn't even deserve to be on the show. You've got to get rid of all the old guys. Like what Vince did, they started pushing guys. Nobody knew who The Rock was 2 years ago. He made The Rock. Now The Rock just did Saturday Night Live. You've got to start with the young talent, talent people can relate to. Who are we trying to relate to if we've got a 50 year old man out there? Are we trying to relate, so a 50 year people and above will go out and buy a f*cking little toy? That ain't gonna happen. It's a f*cking joke.

Does it remind you of any show in particular?
