They sell them by the month, so what were some particularly awesome months? I'm looking towards more recent stuff (within the last year or so) to be able to see some of the newer WWE guys and those who might be called up soon.
From browsing through the selection at the ROH shop ( https://www.rohwrestling.com/shoponline.asp?catid=248 ), I've noticed that November 2004 through January 2005 look pretty good, but thats just my rather uninformed first impression.
So, any thoughts from the OVW fans?

| #2 Posted on 8.6.06 2303.31 | Instant Rating: 2.10 | August 05 - the Johnny Jeter heel turn, featuring the shocking chairshot on Cappotelli that made him bleed copious amounts of stage blood. I happened to be there that week, and it went over huge. You might want to get July too, just to be sure you get it all. Jeter's heel run was fan-friggin-tastic, they made him out to be the most hated man in town.
Other than that, you can't go wrong with 99-2000, as long as it has Prototype/Cena and Rico.
I would suggest some of the Revolution storyline, but the damn thing lasted like 4 years.
Really, as long as you avoid the Tommy Dreamer booked period and most of early 2005 for that matter (when Cornette was VERY burned out), you're good. Bad OVW is still pretty good.

| #3 Posted on 9.6.06 1823.51 | I have from July through March. You'll have your ups and downs but there's some good stuff within namely the Cappotelli/Jeter's Feud, the Punk/Albright/Doane then Punk/Albright Feud.
I skipped April because Albright gets called up and the blowoff of the Punk Feud got pushed back a little bit. And the first half of May is where they stopped selling I believe.
I should have started a thread like this when they had their big sale to find some older OVW to purchase. | samoflange

| #4 Posted on 9.6.06 1841.29 | Instant Rating: 7.87 | Thanks for the info, both of you. I'm more interested in Punk/Albright/Doane than anything else, so I'm going to grab an assortment of DVDs from those months.
And just to note for everyone, ROHwrestling.com is doing a 20% off sale for any sized order right now. So if anybody wants to pick up any OVW, TNA, or any other indie merchandise, now's a good time to do it. Sale runs until the 14th.
I wouldn't recommend buying exclusively ROH shows with this sale though, since they often do even better sales which are ROH exclusive.
