John Cena vs. John Laurinaitis: I've gotta go with Mr. Excitement, I guess. Someone's going to interfere, whether it's Lesnar (unlikely), Show (more likely), or a darkhorse like Batista or Nash. I do hope it's not Show, both because it's too obvious and also because it would make more sense for him to attack Big Johnny, as mentioned above, then get hired back by Triple H or whoever the new GM is.
In the tradition of Vince McMahon main events, I think Laurinaitis will have his working boots on and do better than anyone expects him to for someone who hasn't had a match in over a decade. But that still doesn't mean he deserves to be there.
CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan: I've been predicting Daniel Bryan for the last few PPVs. Why stop now? Eventually I'll get it right. Daniel Bryan wins the WWE Championship! Yes! Yes! Yes!
Sheamus vs. Randy Orton vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. Chris Jericho: It's too early for Sheamus to lose, they haven't given up on him yet, and now that they've moved him away from Bryan the crowd reaction will be better. So Sheamus wins, pinning Del Rio after multi-man shenanigans.
Kofi Kingston and R-Truth vs. Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler: Who are the potential face contenders for the tag titles? Kofi/Truth and... the Usos? Whereas for heels we have Epico and Primo, Swagger and Ziggler, Young and O'Neil. Makes more sense for the faces to retain, so Kingston and Truth win.
Layla vs. Beth Phoenix: I don't know why they'd take the title off of Beth only to give it back a month later. But then, they just did that with Cody Rhodes, didn't they? Still, I'll pick Layla here.
Zack Ryder vs. Kane: The prediction doesn't matter for our scores, but it's still a prediction! Kane wins, though a little less squashy than their last matches.
Bonus Match Prediction: Santino Marella vs. Cody Rhodes: Cody Rhodes avenges his loss from Smackdown with a win. I'm half-tempted to say this will be a unification match for the US and IC Titles, but they couldn't spring that on people without advance announcement, could they?
Bonus Match Prediction #2: Ryback vs. Drew McIntyre: SQUASH. Ryback wins.
Who knows, maybe they'll get the Funkasaurus on the show somehow too. But I'm already going out on enough of a limb with two bonus match predictions!
Sheamus. I'm not sure why they made this a four-way rather than two separate matches, but I figure if they're going to do a title change, they'll use this to set it up in a one-on-one match next month.
Punk. This is tough, because it's seemed to me for a while that they were ready to take the title off Punk, but I don't think they'd put it on Bryan this soon after he became a Raw guy, if indeed he has, if indeed that matters.
Johnny Ace. Why would they have him feuding with every face they can find if they were about to write him out?
Truth-Kofi. I think they like that team as champs.
Layla. They need a title change somewhere, and Layla benefits from the win more than Beth is harmed by the loss.
The four way is a mess. Either Seamus gets the win and the company is behind him or it goes heel and Orton chases. I feel the WWE is not 100% commited to Seamus now (down the road he will get it again) either Del Rio or Jericho wins. And since Jericho can draw WAY much more heat than Del Rio and it sets up the whole "I sent you into retirement once I can do it again" match with Orton and Jericho, I will say Jericho gets one last and final short two month run with the title as a thanks for your service and a future thanks for making Orton look goood when he beats you down the road.
The shilling for See No Evil is nothing new. I remember when No Holds Barred opened and Tito Santana told us that it was a great movie and we should go see it. Arriba! (This was when I learned to never again listen to Tito Santana's recommendations.)
