As an update; the strike is still happening. Talks are tenatively set to resume on either Saturday or Sunday (Click Here (ottawasun.com) for more info).
Meanwhile, if I don't find a car pool scenario for myself by the end of the day today, I either need to start riding my bike to work or face the $50/day (half of my daily income) cab ride. Oh, and another big snow storm is heading its way up here in time for either tonight or tomorrow.
EDIT: Crisis adverted, car pool obtained!!

The link I gave above is the most recent development to come thus far. No back-to-work legisation has been proposed. Tough talk on both sides until today, which hopefully means that results will happen.

Who's to say that these levels are higher/lower than they would have been had they run this same survey five years ago? Ten? A hundred? HAVE they run this survey before, and if so, where is the comparison of results?
