I'm glad I rented this through Gamefly and didn't but it or I'd be pissed.
Without any FAQ or walk through, I blew through this game over the weekend (maybe 10-12 hours total).
Sure, Oda Noba (as I call him) took a few tries to beat as the final boss.
Oni 2 took a lot longer to me. Maybe I'm just that good?
The inclusion of 2 characters and swapping back and forth was fun just didn't hold up in terms of length of game play and puzzle solving skills. It was all beat them up and I never died once (except fighting Oda Noba at the final fight twice)
Anyone else chime in on this?

Overall, it's been somewhat easier than the first two, but I'm chalking that up to being more familar with the series and having much improved timing for issens and such. It might be interesting to go back and take another spin through the first two to see if I'm just imagining it.
The only big disappointment in it is: Spoiler Below: Highlight text to read
| I don't finally get to cut Tokichiro!!!! I've wanted to gut him like a fish for a good while now and to only get him in the ending movie... |
Onimusha 3, along with Rumble Roses and Kingdom Hearts 2 are pretty much the only must-buys this year for me.
It's absolutely worth a rent, at a minimum.
