Not since The Bible has the publishing world seen such an explosive best seller.

I've been listening to my gut since I was fourteen. And I've come to the conclusion that, frankly, my guts have shit for brains.

Wow, that was, I mean I should expect that kinda thing from Vince & Co. but why? Well at least the cover looks good? But $7.99?? That seems kinda cheap, doesn't it?

I would think that it's being released in small paperback at that price.

I hope they blow the lid on the assassination of Pablo Escobar by Billy and Bart, The Smoking Gunns.

For the first time since the release of the "Rise and Fall of ECW" DVD, I'm seriously considering ordering something through And yes, I'm serious. This just looks too good to pass up.

Never heard about this. Why is it already on sale?
Big Show: Why is he getting the Intercontinental Title shot and not me?
RVD: Ahhh...maybe 'cause you're a tool.
Big Show: Look. I am 7'2". I am 500 pounds. I'm a giant.
RVD: Oh ok. You're a giant tool.

Awesome, totally awesome. I'm still not reading it, though. I'm hoping someone posts a good summary somewhere.

I wonder whose life is in danger!

If the WWF was a de-facto government agency by 2001, how come they couldn't stop the World Wildlife Fund lawsuit? I know it was in a British court, but they're supposed to be our allies. You don't see the Culinary Institute of America succeeding in making the Central Intelligence Agency change its name. (The Culinary Institute was founded in 1946 -- the Central Intelligence Agency in 1947!) Is this addressed in the book?

Notice that practically the second the Republicans gained power, suddenly Vince had high-level government contacts.

I have nothing witty to put here.

Why is this in a book and not on WWE TV?

If I knew how to read, I'd consider buying this.

Wasn't there some ballyhoo about this book on either this forum or another one about how they basically edited a photo of torrie Wilson to make that cover rather than actually make a cover for the book? I've no idea where that happened and I don't particularly care enough about this shit to look it up.

If saving seventy cents means nothing to you, you can get it on Amazon now instead of having to wait until July 10:

I can't wait to see whether this goes down in "what the fuck were they thinking?" or "so bad it goes all the way around to being good"...

While the switch from Cena to RVD should alleviate some complaints, the inevitability of the belt's return to Cena (note where Summerslam is this year) and the poor initial showing by the new ECW are enough to keep the indicator where it is for now. The pieces are in place, though, especially on RAW, for improvements to be made to the IWC's psyche in the near future.

The only WWE DVD that I felt inspired to purchase was the ECW One Night Stand pay-per-view. It wasn't a show full of great workrate and exceptional psychological wrestling, but it was a really entertaining show.
